    Absolutely horrible customer service. They could careless about Placed online order for business…read morecards, and opted for Second day air instead of standard shipping On march 1st. 6 days later I requested the status of my order, notifying them that I need them by the 8th at the latest, 8 days since ordering, and if I could boy receive them by then to cancel the order. I received an email saying no one approved a rush order and that my order is scheduled for a delivery of the 10th I called and spoke to them on the phone On the 7th asking for clarification on what they meant, and to reiterate that if I can't have them by the 8th I need to cancel. Throughout the conversation I offered :that if they must be shipped That 2nd day is no longer needed and that I should be refunded the money for 2nd day air. Words can not describe the lack of care and the "" it isn't my fault / problem it's yours ""attitude that I revived. Shortly after the conversation I received an email From their customer service department: ...."I was not contacted by anyone to rush the order, therefore, even though it's scheduled to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air the due date remained 3/10/14." That's 10 days later from ordering. @ no time throughout any contact either by email or phone did the words "let me see what I can do" , "I am sorry" or anything that resemble professionalism or care of their customers. All that was iterated was the inconvenience to them selves and that someone else would have to pay for it. I would look else where for your printing needs if I were you. I work hard for my money, and I prefer to give it to those who work equally hard at their jobs to earn it.
