Murray Charnes absolutely went above and beyond helping me fix an issue that was not his or Sherwin Williams fault, but our contractors. We bought the color paint that the contractor told us to buy... unfortunately after pulling up to my house this afternoon we realized that it was the wrong color. I grabbed the paint and headed to the store on I-10 assuming it was a total lose. After getting to the store... Murray met me with a smile and said... "no problem we will get this fixed"! Never questioning or saying it was "my fault" or "sorry you will have to eat the cost"... nothing! He Just said "I've got you"! Wow!! Just wow!!
