He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he also helped me create an account with them. I discussed my project with James, and he helped me decide on a sheen, mixed up a can of Swiss Coffee/Aura in a Satin finish, and it was a wrap. After laying down a few coats on my walls, I have to say that the quality of BM paint is on a different level. Be prepared to pay a few extra bucks, but also be ready to see your walls come to life! I knew I wanted to swatch the colors first on the walls and they said a sample isn't needed you can just hold up the paper swatch to the wall?? I then went to Home Depot but again was met with paint selection that didn't really match the color I was seeking. When I came here, I knew what kind of color I wanted and was helped out - right away in discerning the best type of paint for the job. You don't get the level of expertise from other places, and for me I wanted some finite info on the paint before starting my DIY project. The people here know the trends in paint, the undertones and explained how paint breakdowns work. -- You get 10% off your first purchase which is a nice perk, I will be back for future paint needs. I'm really happy with the color and even got some recommendations on a comparable swatch. In the end I purchased 5 gallons of paint, finished my whole house and I'm super pleased with the recommended eggshell mid tier paint. After a flood in our home, we began a kitchen project with the Brokaw store. From the start, the experience has been extremely frustrating. There were incorrect measurements, incorrect scoping, delayed installation, and months later our kitchen is still not completed. Despite our repeated attempts to move the project forward, we have not received timely, coordinated support. In addition, three appliances were incorrectly scoped and sold to us as part of this project. We have tried several times to return these appliances through the store, but we have been repeatedly given conflicting information and "the runaround." No one at the store is willing to take ownership of resolving the situation or clearly explain the path forward.

Zaina was extremely helpful. She asked questions about firmness, configuration, fabric etc and we narrowed down the couch fairly fast. If I would have gone in by myself without help I would have been overwhelmed. Zaina made it seamless. She also reconfirmed my choices throughout the ordering process just to make sure everything was correct. Also I had multiple sales people come by and compliment me on various things. I don't know if that's something management asks the employees to do, but their compliments sounded sincere and every person I interacted with was super friendly. So this review is purely based on my initial experience. I'm hopeful that the rest of my experience turns out great and then I'll add an update to my review.

I submitted a support ticket **over a week ago and still have not received a response**. Since then, I have repeatedly tried using their online chat, but I just keep going in circles with their AI agent. Today was more of the same. The AI agent told me, **"I'm connecting you to one of our human agents now who can assist you further with your warranty claim."** After waiting and trying to get assistance, I was then told that **all of their agents were busy, they were unable to assist me, and I should simply "try again later."** The problem is, **I HAVE been trying again.** I have repeatedly asked to speak with an actual person because I am getting nowhere, yet I continue to receive the same response with absolutely no resolution. At this point, I have a six-month-old sofa that is falling apart, an unanswered support ticket that has been sitting for more than a week, and an AI customer service system that repeatedly tells me to try again later because no human agents are available. This has been incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Customers should not have to spend this much time chasing down a company simply to get assistance with a defective product.
