After months of looking at white spackling on the wall, I finally walked over to Dellert's to see if they had any recommendations to get us by until we have the time to paint the entire stairwell and mount a new handrail. They sent Kim to come have a look and take a gamble at matching the paint color without having any idea what brand, color, quality, sheen, etc. the contractors used. She did a PERFECT job at matching the color! You can't even tell where I did the touch ups!

I like smaller individual business owners because they're willing to do more for you most of the time than these big corporations. Today I hate these huge corporations and arbitration clauses which gives you absolutely no recourse whatsoever. Start supporting small individual Owned businesses in your town or city. The managers of this Home Depot need to make sure that whoever is working on the Christmas trees know how to use a chainsaw and power tools. The worker tonight was struggling to trim the bottom because he did not have the tree secure. He also did this without safety glasses. When he moved to drilling the hole in the bottom, he only drilled a half inch and then handed me the tree because the battery died. I asked him if he could get another because I needed that to put my tree up. He said no, they only had the one battery... at Home Depot. I drilled the rest at home. I am glad Home Depot had trees available but would almost of preferred a fake one after having to mess with the drilling at home.
