I also purchased my countertop through them and then fast forward about a year. I had a fire in my home and had to have my bathroom redone. I liked the idea of having matching cabinets in my bathroom. I additionally ordered cabinetry for my laundry room. After the cabinets came in my contractor noticed the doors were not the same as the kitchen and that the order was wrong. Becky who designs cabinets from there admitted that she had made a mistake (oh f---) were her words and ordered quarter overlay instead of full overlay doors. Since it was their fault they made it right at their cost.My kitchen cabinets have smoke damage and need replaced. Kull Lumber has "chosen" not to work with me and refuses to order my cabinets. So my business is not good enough now. Why? Because they made a mistake. The cabinets that I want are the ones I have. They initially gave me a quote to replace them and then decided not to order them. I highly recommend you go to another company for your Custom made cabinets. Mike would not even own up to making the mistake who talked to him. He chooses not to do business with me. Becky made an error that cost their company thousands of dollars. I didn't make that mistake. It's sick how they do business. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Go To another company. And I might add that they refuse to allow me to order from a different representative in the area. If they don't want to work with me that's fine but they are trying to blackball me from getting my cabinets replaced. Mike said he wasn't but that's exactly what he is doing. Don't let Becky design your cabinets. She will try and tell you what to get and she doesn't give you all the options. Them when she makes an error the company will make it hard for you. Go ANYWHERE but Kulls.

So, this hardware store just exists to make people's lives easier. I like how amazing the store is just to be able to buy supplies locally. They have an assortment of products such as paint, wood stain, gardening supplies, electrical hardware, and plumbing, and cleaning supplies. I really think this is a great business to go to, and the people working there are not just there to make some easy cash. Service there is pretty good. The selection is great. The value of the items you get is also terrific. Try out the store sometime!

But while driving by on 9th Street, I couldn't help but notice this memorial mural on the south side of the building. I noticed the signature on the mural and reached out to the artist, Michael Neary. I realized Neary had a number of murals in the Terre Haute area, including the sports mural across the street from the Industrial Supply at Ballyhoo Tavern. After communicating with Neary, I found out that the mural was in celebration of the 100th year of operation of Industrial Supply in 2015. What I heard from the artist was that he met with the owners and wanted to do something that would celebrate not only the long standing service of the Company, but celebrate the people who worked with the Company and who used the products. The mural shows a number of tradesmen and tools including a pipefitter, a laborer with an axe, a drill press or router, drill bit, saw blades, welder, and an airplane. Quite a diverse number of clients being served by one company. I applaud the Company that supports local artists while preserving and celebrating their own history. I wish them continued success.
