I called back later and talked to a man, and he said the same thing, and stressed that he was just trying to save me the cost of a service call when it was OBVIOUS that I needed a new dishwasher. I asked him if the supply line could be clogged and cause the problem, but he said that would not keep the dishwasher from running. I had a plumber come out for something else, and he found a TON of sediment in the water supply line. I bought a new supply line, he installed it and the dishwasher is now getting enough water to properly run. These guys don't want to repair your appliance, they just want to sell you a new one. No thanks!

We called Randall's and they were unable to help us until the following week. We were forced to call another company since it was THANKSGIVING and we couldn't go without a refrigerator. There was some sort of miscommunication between the owner and us about a service call and they showed up to our home the following week after we had determined a new refrigerator was required and ordered. We received a bill for the service call. When I called them to explain the miscommunication, they refused to excuse the $38. I realize it's $38. But after 10 years of business with them and several family referrals you'd think $38 was worth excusing. The owner spent time yelling at me on the phone even after I asked him to calm down. He then said he would rather have the $38 than our continued business and any of our referrals continued business. No problem, sir. Enjoy $38. That's $3.80 over 10 years as opposed to thousands. I just got off the phone with Mike Kull who originally sold me my beautiful kitchen cabinets. I was…read morevery happy with them. I also purchased my countertop through them and then fast forward about a year. I had a fire in my home and had to have my bathroom redone. I liked the idea of having matching cabinets in my bathroom. I additionally ordered cabinetry for my laundry room. After the cabinets came in my contractor noticed the doors were not the same as the kitchen and that the order was wrong. Becky who designs cabinets from there admitted that she had made a mistake (oh f---) were her words and ordered quarter overlay instead of full overlay doors. Since it was their fault they made it right at their cost.My kitchen cabinets have smoke damage and need replaced. Kull Lumber has "chosen" not to work with me and refuses to order my cabinets. So my business is not good enough now. Why? Because they made a mistake. The cabinets that I want are the ones I have. They initially gave me a quote to replace them and then decided not to order them. I highly recommend you go to another company for your Custom made cabinets. Mike would not even own up to making the mistake who talked to him. He chooses not to do business with me. Becky made an error that cost their company thousands of dollars. I didn't make that mistake. It's sick how they do business. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Go To another company.
