The location isn't far from I-40 and I made a day of it by stopping by the Antique Market Place which is about a 10 min drive from here. Their prices aren't bad, I purchased a weathered stool for $32 and a crate with its lid for only $23. Everyone here was very friendly and willing to answer questions and help you to your car with your purchases. I plan on visiting again in Nov to see what new items they have to offer.

Oh, we also bought some cow bells. Cause you know, everything needs more cowbell! They are very melodic and work well with our large wind chimes.

Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience with Liberty Garden Products…read more I recently purchased a garden hose reel from Liberty Garden Products through Amazon, expecting a new and functional item. What I received was a garden hose reel without the four tires it was supposed to come with. When I called Liberty Garden's customer service, they assured me that they would send the missing tires. Thirteen days passed with no sign of the tires. I called them again, only to be told that they were unsure about the condition in which Amazon had sent the product and insinuated that Amazon might have sent me used goods. I bought a NEW Liberty Garden hose reel from Amazon, as clearly stated on my receipt. This company's customer service is atrocious, and their handling of my issue has been abysmal. I strongly advise against doing business with Liberty Garden Products.

After mounting it on two 4x4s I found it to be not only beautiful, but worked much better than the several plastic ones that I always ended up throwing away! Recently the short supplier hose that connects the reel to my outdoor facet broke. I called them and without question they agreed to send me a replacement. This replacement was at no cost and they even paid for shipping! The customer service agent (Lisa) was friendly and continued to thank me for using their product. I bought this through Amazon and will continue to use their products in the future.

Just because it's a discount store doesn't mean it has to look like that. The items are displayed in in such an disorganized fashion. There was only 1 register open. However, two Gabes employees were standing behind the one cashier having a chat. The quality of most items I'd say are fair at best. There are times you can find quality brand items.

I've posted on Facebook about how great these guys are, but I have since left Facebook…read more Now I will tell you how I just went there to get a few small wood screws to attach a FM radio antenna to some paneling... And how you couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys! Greeted at the door, welcomed at the popcorn machine... Very friendly folks. I made my way back to where I knew the screws were, and encountered another familiar friendly face... I couldn't help but tell him what I was trying to do, and he couldn't help but help me... he walked me straight down the aisle, and pulled out the drawers that contained the screws that I was looking for. I kid you not. I actually ended up selecting some smaller screws from the adjacent drawer, but, DAMN, right next to it! It doesn't end there. I picked out 5 screws, and held them in my cupped hand as I went to check out... I poured them out on the counter and said... 'there's 5, 8 cents apiece' Before the last screw hit the counter, he had the scotch tape ready to make sure no screw got away. I paid less than 50 cents, and left with a smile on my face. I got exactly what I needed. Next time, I might need more than a few small screws. Many times in the past, I have. Farmer's Hardware is always helpful, and always hooks me up with what I need.
