My first visit here easily would have deserved five stars but then again I had a male associate…read morehelp me the first time and two completely different women the second visit (which dropped this to a two star review). During my first visit, the male associate was kind enough to let me barrow a large portable pamphlet of all their colors so I could easily pick out paint for my new home. Although I was not inspired by any of the 300 plus colors, I did appreciate the useful tool & his knowledge of product. However, when I went back to this store, I had brought a catalog I picked up at the Hartville Hardware Store that stated this catalog was created by Sherwin Williams on the back. Little did I know that the company uses other competitors colors in their catalogs in hopes of matching that companies color with one of their own. This seems incredibly strange and shady to me but this is what one of the female associates explained to me when I showed her the color name & code I wanted from the catalog. I was disappointed because even though she provided three samples of colors she thought was similar, this meant more leg work for me as I would have to drive all the way back to Brimfield & waste more time trying to match colors. She then became irritated when I tried to compromise and showed her another sample I had from design magazine...stating that they can't match the colors because the magazine is glossy and it has to be a non glossy image. The image even said who made the paint and what color code it was- I was told by the male associate that they can match anyones colors :( However, she did offer to make a small sample of paint I could take with me to compare lighting,etc... but I waited over 10 minutes before I was acknowledge...both female employees were too busy talking about what to get for lunch & Grey's Anatomy. Then the second girl stood at the desk fiddling with some type of machine for over 15 minutes , looked up & saw me but continued to ignore me. It wasn't until I got mad & started walking away that the first associate asked if I needed help- seriously! What do you think I just spent over 20 minutes waiting at your counter for- sh*ts & giggles?

When I first walked in, I noticed a bunch of Christmas decorations but then walked a bit further and the fall decorations were there. They were all 50-75% off which was amazing! I didn't want to spend much because it's almost time to decorate for Christmas, but I really wanted to make my apartment vibey for friendsgiving. I bought fake florals, a bag of pinecones, small pumpkins, and other fall nature items, a table cloth, decorative paper plates and napkins, and more small pumpkins. I bought all of that for about $30 which is crazy to me!!! I am so happy with my purchase and the price I got all of my items for. I can't say much about service, but the lady at the cash register was nice. I love this place!

I hung up the phone and went to Lowe's. HD Employees seem to look the other way if it's hard work or if it actually involves a service situation. They watch you do all the heavy lifting and then ask if you need help. It's a pathetic store which is dirty,unorganized, and obviously poorly run with a plethora of obstacles in the aisles. I've spent thousands here on projects but refuse to allow this store to sell me more than a pack of screws. One thing to add, any positive reviews I see on here are 5,10,and 13 years old. He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

Then say it rained so they got behind on another job, but never communicated that they were not going to come to your job as scheduled. Recommend you find someone more reliable for your own good.
