This is from a purchase about a year ago. I don't like to rate things until there is some time…read morebehind it. We gave AJ paint chip samples and he matched them pretty well. The names he gave them, well we still laugh about. Oyster for the bed room was darker brown and some foo foo mocha color was light brown. This is surplus paint from stores and construction. It is a major brand. Order enough because this is real custom. We ended up with about a half gallon to gallon extra for each so we have some for touch ups and to redo the wall where I am building another closet. I would definitely do this again. We have about 1800 sq/ft. of livable space. We primed all walls and ceilings, moulding, doors etc. Painted all surfaces, different color in each room. No issues, still looks great. Im not going to give an exact price but lets say it was under 400. Saved well over a thousand dollars. It's not a home store but if it going to one makes you feel better go there. AJ is a pretty reasonable guy. Pretty sure if you had a problem he would work with you. Sorry for the late review

Harbor Freight itself is a great company and I appreciate the cost savings over bigger name brands…read moreimmensely. As for this store they are always attentive and helpful. I've been here on multiple occasions and they are always kind, quick to offer help and open to questions. Plus they do what walmart rarely does, open another lane when the line gets backed up haha. In all seriousness the crew here really has been great since we moved to the area in February and i think they deserve more positive reviews than what you see on Maps.

He had so much expertise and advice to help me with choosing something within my budget that I absolutely loved! My backsplash came out amazing and it is my favorite part of my entire kitchen remodel. The only downside I can say is that I wish I had found ProSource Wholesale before I redid my bathroom showers. I will forever be a customer, and have already started to recommend Travis to my family and friends. I hope Travis gets a huge raise, he is such a great asset to this company. It's so rare to find people in the service industry who are not only passionate about what they do, but about the people they interact with too. He was genuinely excited to help me. Truly just a rarity to find these days and a breath of fresh air. Remodels can be stressful, and he just made the process enjoyable and well thought out. Can't be more pleased -Deanne Wilson

Also the vanity is good quality and perfect for our half bath. The sales rep was very helpful! Since we needed a product that was a clearance it took awhile for them to find the quantity we needed and deliver it but that was ok. The price was worth it. They could really change what happens when people walk in the door. In a large place like that there needs to be friendly and smiling people making you feel at home immediately. Instead ( and I've been there three times ) the people up front ignored you and jabbered amongst themselves instead of greeting you so you had to approach them in order to get directions to what you were looking for. Excellent staff, memorable experience…read more I went yesterday after talking with Kevin the night before, trying to match up a specific green-blue shade of paint that I was able to find a substitute for on Pinterest. I'm fairly inexperienced with paint (unless you count "Haze Gray Underway" days). I had got some estimates from painters in town and since I was only doing one accent wall, didn't know if one gallon of the paint would be enough (it is, and Kevin was very helpful and patient; he put the info in their computer under my name so all I had to do was stop by yesterday, and get it mixed, which was done in 10 minutes or less while I shopped for other household needs. Unlike many salespeople nowadays, these nice people (every staff member was great!) made me feel welcomed, helped me every step of the way, were fast and courteous, and very knowledgeable. I'm not a do-it-yourself-er, but perhaps after my experience here I can branch out and learn how to do more things that I'm new to. I don't like big box stores so a store this small, helpful with small checkout lines, and mellow local customers, didn't trigger anxiety the way a visit to any store usually does for me. They even welcomed my therapy dog, many of the children came up and petted him, and adults asked about him. Buddy was really in his element there with all the attention and he flopped on the floor to get belly rubs. So, doggo approved as well. Kudos to the young lady in the paint department who I also found helpful when picking out grade of sandpaper, and just generally friendly...I'll add her name in once I go back and find out. I remembered Kevin's name because I bought a grill as a Father's Day present for my husband last year, and Kevin assisted me with buying that online when they had a good sale, as well as delivered that and our American flag, which my husband really appreciated. The staff will even offer to help you carry your items out. I asked if they can accept tips, and they can (I wasn't sure, as Publix and some other local places don't let them). Make sure you get signed up for their rewards card, which can also be placed in virtual wallet or just looked up by phone number. We will definitely be back, even though it's not right in our area, it's not too far down on 50, on the left before you get to downtown Brooksville (if driving from Spring Hill).

However every window and the side door all leak every time it rains and its been 7 months and they still haven't fixed it. I called them over a dozen times and sent multiple emails with videos of the leaking and still not fixed. In June of 22 alone I called they said I would get a call from an installer to come and fix it , it never happened called the next week again was told would get a call from an installer to come and fix it and again never happened. Now they are on vacation apparently and not back for some time. Very poor quality and service. Oh and almost forgot when installing the building they started the base frame backwards and then had the nerve to curse at me in spanish after I called their boss to complain about them not understanding any english and messing it all up. they also left countless scraps of sharp metal all over the yard and screws which is just wonderful when you have dogs and small children to worry about.
