They were extremely efficient, everything was delivered just as it left, and they worked fast. We were moving out of our home of 26 years, so you can imagine the age and fragility of many of our belongings. Yet everything arrived in one piece. Our move was delayed, and we ended up having to store our items for a week, but the home office was excellent in coordinating that with us. I can easily say this was one of the most challenging transitions in my personal life, and this part of the process was handled with grace and professionalism. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your move.

I can't say they were dishonest but they were certainly not forthcoming about costs & policies. The project cost us almost $1800 more than the many invoices had indicated & even though they had all the material costs up front, they refused to deliver them until the labor costs (including the extra $1800) were paid on full, We did not get the installation agreement until we paid in full, To demand labor costs without telling you what your paying for seems questionable and to refuse to deliver materials that have been paid for until you pay labor costs in full is certainly not a common business practice. We're happy with the product, not with the store.
