I was planning on renting two containers but when Steve came out to scope out the job he assured me that he would fit all of my items into one container (which would significantly lower the cost of my move)!! It was kind of a tricky job as there some delicate items that needed to fit into a tight space. So when moving day came Steve and his team (Luis and Jaron) arrived exactly on time. They worked so quickly and efficiently the packing was done within 2 hours. And the contents of the UPak container arrived safely to the destination in Washington undamaged. My experience with Always Faithful moving was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The lowest estimate I've received to move the remainder of things was $1500. I already paid Always Faithful, for a 35 minute move, $5500, plus $600 in tips! I was there in the beginning and the guys were respectful. However, I had to leave to go to the new house to do the walk-thru and meet the cable guy, and also get the water turned on. My friend was up at the previous home, but she hurt her back, so she was in the car. I didn't know that she wasn't inside. They left my home with trash strewn everywhere! In each closet, there were things left behind. In my master closet, they left ONE electric house shoe and a brand new box that contained elbow supports. Not to mention FURNITURE that I specifically said needed to go. On my pool deck, they took the doors off of a pool storage cabinet and just left it there. It rained hard and all the expensive pool testing kits and chemicals were ruined! And of course, just like the house, there were their empty water, tea, gatorade bottles all over, as if they'd had a pool party. They used none of my boxes and of course charged me for theirs - which only about 50% of them were marked. Then when they got to the new house, they just left boxes anywhere! My bed is falling apart and I found two pieces that belong to the frame, standing in the corner. I had a small fridge that was just stuck in the middle of the floor with boxes everywhere. Of course, everything inside was ruined, by the time I uncovered it! There were a myriad of things broken. Every lampshade was torn or bent. Many lamps no longer work. I could go on for days. One of the worst things was I gave all six workers a hundred dollar tip. At that point, I had no idea how bad they left things. Then, I find out they left my previous home unlocked and no alarm set! I didn't go up there for three days because I was so busy. R u kidding me? Also, lied thru their teeth and said their boss (the owner, Steve) told them to leave the horrendous mess in the garage and that he would come clean it up the very next day. Had he done that, he would've seen the state they left the entire house. Instead, he's decided to ghost me. Always Faithful, my hiney! Buyer beware!

Every time I came up with an idea to condense & repack an item in the truck, Kannon came up with the same idea as I did simultaneously. I consider myself to be an excellent packer, so Kannon receives exceptionally high scores for having a good sense of making the most room for what needed to be loaded & packed. Kannon's helpers also busted their humps like mini freight trains that just kept going. I had to give them drinks & tell them to take a break several times. Although me & my spouse did move some things, Kannon & crew did not want me to help on anything big or heavy. Their professionalism, gregariousness, hard work, & costs were fair & worth it. I have never hired laborers or movers in my life, but we are glad we did. I recommend wholeheartedly & with much enthusiasm to contact All-En Movers & Laborers whenever you need honest, dependable, motivated, careful, strong, & knowledgeable movers. They brought water, but we gave them Body Armor & Power-Ade, which they appreciated. My 1st experience with hiring labor was a good one. After submitting my inquiry for movers on Yelp (with super late notice - I needed service the very…read morenext day!!), I received quite a few estimates from other companies, and Best Price Movers BY FAR offered the best price for the 3 hours needed. Total came to $421 in case competitors are curious. And that included the fee for distance and travel time for 30 minutes and TWO stops with the truck!!! And I am happy to report that they did a fabulous job today. The two guys who came to move my things arrived within the quoted timeframe window and worked so hard. They were also very personable which was a plus since people can be weird; these guys were NOT! They had some issues backing the truck into my narrow parking area but then again so would I, given that truck's size! The only disappointment was that they couldn't remove the TV mount from the wall which would probably have required a socket wrench, but they did get the TV off of the mount. I understood the liability so I'm going to have a friend help me with that later this week. Even my parents were surprised by the deal I got. So yes, I would recommend Best Price Movers and their yellow truck to anyone I know who wants to shop smart and save their backs.

They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

He went out of his way to acknowledge the error and extend a discount as a gesture of good faith.
