Anytime I've…read morehad an issue (which has been rare), Cindy - the store manager has been more than wiling to assist with rectifying it. I do shop there a lot when it comes to my wallpapers & paints, so I've gotten to know the staff over the couple of years I've been pretty well. They're always friendly (the two that I deal with specifically) and go out of their way to make sure I have all I need and exactly what I came for. While the paint itself is pretty spendy - especially if you use the Emerald line like I do, the finish is astonishing. If I were you and cost were of concern, I'd try buying when they have their sales and use whatever coupons you get in your mailers or emails. It will definitely help to offset the cost. Keep in mind though, that a paint job is only as good as the painter themselves & 90% prep work. If that's the case and you've had a bad experience - then maybe you need a new painter and not new paint. ;-) I'm just saying.... Either way, I'll continue to come here and buy my paint. I can honestly say, I've only experienced ONCE - the employees "goofing off" and to me - it wasn't a big deal. Everyone has a way of making the day go while working - especially in a store that may be quiet for most of the day. When I've shopped there, I'm always greeted promptly and assisted BEFORE I hear any banter between the employees, and to be honest - I just dismiss it either way, unless the language becomes offensive or unprofessional...

A couple of days ago we came into the store to purchase a quart of paint and they didn't have the grade and finish in stock. I was ok with that; it happens. They sent us to another location. We were able to purchase the quart . After opening the paint can , we realize it looks pink. So being that the 1650 location has always been our go to location , we checked the return policy on the back of our receipt and head to the store. We were told that we can't return paint that has been tinted. Well , that's funny because everything is tinted, if it isn't white! I tried to gain clarity on the policy and was met with no assistance. I reluctantly decided to purchases another color. I decided to get another quart , in addition to the one I am replacing , as well as a gallon . I take a seat and wait for the paint to be mixed. A few minutes pass and the customer service rep comes and tells me that they don't have enough paint in my grade. Are you kidding me?! So once again , your store doesn't have the needed product. So, let me make sure I understand what's going on. You refuse to take back paint that isn't white, the customer agrees to purchase more , and you state that you can accommodate . Then you can't produce the product?! What a properly trained customer service rep would've done was contact the manager to see if there was anything that could be done .Perhaps go up in grade to compensate for the miscommunication or offer some kind of consolation ; especially since we have been customers for years and we use them exclusively for our contractors. Im sorry , if this is how loyal customers are treated , then I'm done with this location . The lack of adequate customer service skills , is alarming . The rep thought he was funny when he used a funny internet viral colloquialism " it's above me". Yeah sure is . I'll make sure the contractors I know, shop else where .

Instead of coming over and asking how he could assist, Ronny said to the cashier, within earshot of us, "If they know what they want I can help them because I can't read minds." It came across as dismissive and rude. We weren't asking him to read our minds -- we wanted basic assistance. A store manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not making sarcastic comments about customers asking for help.

This is a fantastic business. This is the second time we've purchased outdoor furniture here. They…read moreoffer excellent selection and customer service. They held our furniture for us for several months until our project was complete, and they delivered when they said they would AND in the 2 hour delivery window. The guys who delivered were courteous and put the sectional together and did micro movements for me to get it exactly where I wanted it. It is rare to find a company that does what they say they'll do and with a smile. I highly recommend them!
