Extremely disappointed in their "color consultants" - Chloe came to my house and was there for 25 minutes - suggested 2 colors, both of which threw undertones that were off in my house. Wrote down the type of light bulbs I needed to change to - that was incorrect. Said that my existing paint was "flat finish" - wrong again - I have satin/eggshell. When I tried to contact her for additional color suggestions, no response. Left approximately 5-6 voice mails. Contacted the store and was given the number of her supervisor, Janae; no response from her either. She knows what colors coordinate with each other but NOT how they look in your house. Better off asking the guys in the store than using their "color consultants"

Great to see Sears back! It's definitely still a good place to buy a fridge. I'll be back.read more

My experience with Sears has been abysmal, to say the least; after only 5 months, I began having…read moreproblems with my Kenmore French door fridge; the freezer does not stay cold, and the ice maker is constantly leaking. Which inevitably started this horrific 3-year-long ordeal that has yet to be resolved. I spoke to the customer service representatives Dexter, Al, Alex, and about 20 other representatives. I was offered a $50.00 gift card to purchase a freezer. Mind you, I have a three-year protection agreement. I'm a teacher, and after a long day of inspiring our students to believe in themselves and elevate their spirits, I should be able to come home and enjoy ice in a drink or chilled food without having to store everything in a garage freezer. I most recently worked with Dino Barzinjee from Houston, Texas, who claimed he would help resolve this issue. I have yet to receive a follow-up call. When I call customer service, I just keep getting the run around that it is getting escalated. I need an immediate response from a district manager to address my concern before I go to the Better Business Bureau. I was finally approved for a replacement refrigerator on June 20, 2022. The refrigerator has been ordered and the delivery date has been canceled four times. A customer service representative in the Master Protection Benefits department has even lied and told me that after the delivery date has been canceled four times, then they would send me a check so that I could purchase my refrigerator and a three-year protection plan. I really need to issue resolved today!! I would have loved to continue to be a Sears customer, but after this experience, I will NEVER return.

It took us a month to bring it to Bokaei. We brought the rug in and unfortunately, it had mold and moth spots. The owners advised us to throw it away. I explained that my father, who recently passed away, had given this to my mother and wanted a price for replacing it. I was quoted $1500 and was devastated that I would not be to replenish the rug for my mother. I pulled away from the shop thinking how nice the couple was, even though they chastised us a bit for something out of our control. My plan was to figure out what I could do to afford this rug. Out of curiosity, I began searching for a better price and found 3 of the exact same rug for 1/4 of the price from reputable fine rug dealers. Shame on you, Bokaei!
