When we first walked in no one greeted us for a good couple mins but once they did they helped us out and I even had to have one of the sales reps talk to our contractor to make sure we were getting the right paint. I will say that it bothers me that since SW is the paint experts that no one really gave us any expert advice on what painting material we should buy. We were trying to figure out what type of roller to get and brushes and they didn't really have any opinions on it. They just said yeah that should be good.
