Dinner came and went with no delivery. The next morning, we were hopeful the cherry picker would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, it never came and we had to follow up. Today, I stopped in to purchase ceiling paint. I stood there and locked eyes a few times with the one person at the counter, who was on the phone. Three other customers were in the store waiting for her. None of us was acknowledged. A simple "I'll be with you as soon as I can" would have been fine. I left and purchased ceiling paint at a different location.
