Mind you, there were four people working there, so I don't know what happened. I was so very disappointed because I have always had great customer service and support the many times that I had previously been there. The cashier was very rude. He was going to charge me $40 for a gallon of flat Warm White paint. I asked him why when only the week before, I paid $29 for a gallon of paint. He turned very red. He was very upset. He asked me for the last four digits to my credit card, and when I gave it to him, he adjusted the price. $31.05 was the new and "adjusted" total. I will not be returning to this store again.

Took it to the store on Zaragosa and a female working was polite and tried to be helpful asking questions and said she would ask the manager. I was approached by a male worker who wasn't rude, but brushed me off saying paints go bad if you don't use them and that just happens. I told him it's never happened before with two year old paint and he said no it does. He then tried to sell me a odor controlling product and another gallon of paint to replace the bad gallon. They don't stand behind their product obviously, will be going elsewhere from now on.

Well, the extremely rude, and short-tempered attendant said that they do not cut paint samples! You have to purchase by the gallon in order to have it cut! Ridiculous when Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin Williams cut paint all of the time without hesitation or an attitude. We will not be returning to purchase paint from Ace Hardware on Yarbrough in El Paso, TX. What a shame because Benjamin Moore is one if the best paints out there. Not recommended!

It then becomes critical to use the best paint available, and one of the best sources us thus specific Sherwin Williams store. Over time, as both our children grew up/became successful adults/leaving us empty nesters, we made a guest bedroom out of one. Of course, only the best paint will do, so I have cycled to this fine store with the precise paint code to have an exact match to the initial paint job several years before. I was very fortunate in that CARLOS was managing; he took my code, created a new quart of expertly blended paint. We now have the same color scheme in the kitchen/dining/ bedroom/bathroom with one more bedroom to go. You can be sure of where I'll be buying the next gallon of perfect paint! Yes, much if a great paint job is prep: filling in holes/sanding/cleaning/blue taping/etc., but it is the final topcoat that will dictate the lasting perfection. Same person Elsa was there but said she couldnt do that because all sales were final...yet in the recipt it states" receipt required for refund". Which I had. Was very disappointed being a loyal customer.... Wait before you buy or go somewhere else whi has sales or that will honor them.
