I was so very disappointed because I have always had great customer service and support the many times that I had previously been there. The cashier was very rude. He was going to charge me $40 for a gallon of flat Warm White paint. I asked him why when only the week before, I paid $29 for a gallon of paint. He turned very red. He was very upset. He asked me for the last four digits to my credit card, and when I gave it to him, he adjusted the price. $31.05 was the new and "adjusted" total. I will not be returning to this store again.

I told him it's never happened before with two year old paint and he said no it does. He then tried to sell me a odor controlling product and another gallon of paint to replace the bad gallon.
