I was worried at first that they wouldn't have many options for wallpaper, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw they have over 30 wallpaper books to look through. The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay. On Scoping: While he promises a "high quality finish in his statements of work, he is vague on what work is scoped and leverages that vague language to claim that work has been satisfactorily completed. On Material Selection He lacks the expertise to select the correct paint for job. For instance he used a matte paint on doors and molding, which is not best practices. If you choose this vendor, you need to inspect all material brought into your house to validate they are using correct material. On Prep Work While his statement of work said all staircases would be covered, they were not. This has resulted in needing to have runners on stairs replaced. His team also fails to properly tape and cover stained wood surfaces. I am currently scoping several thousand dollars of work to have wooden doors and floors sanded and re-stained due to their poor prep work. On overall quality Vendor missed many areas, there was paint destined for floor boards and molding that ended up on walls, missed spots, and drip marks. In addition, his team paints over sanded areas, meaning all surfaces will need to be re-sanded, primed, and repainted On timelines His teams move quickly to the detriment of quality. It was inextricable that prepping and applying 2 quotes would be done in under two days. On customer satisfaction His team doing the work are hard to communicate with and if there are issues both his team and himself are combative with home owners. I would never trust him or his team to be in your home with your wife or children without you present. In addition, rather than doing quality work he would rather sue

I called and i was told i only paid for the sectional. I looked at my receipt and gave her my order number. someone called me back a few days later to say there was a glitch in the system and i would get my delivery soon. My sectional came and the cushions were uneven in thickness. this was in December and i'm still dealing with it in April. Never again, never again.

One day before the scheduled delivery date, WE call customer service to ensure delivery (American Signature was supposed to call us 3 days prior to the delivery date, but they did not), and they inform us that the delivery date is already pushed out to May 2023. All the way from March to May, with literally zero notice to us. They tell us that the footboard of the bed is unavailable, so they cannot deliver the bed yet - made sense to us at that time. Then our May delivery date arrives, and American Signature had called us 1 and 2 days prior to the delivery date to confirm delivery and what they were delivering, so things were looking up! They show up to deliver, start unloading the items, when we see that the bed set is incorrect and the bed size is also incorrect. We stop the delivery and decline it because it's wrong. We go to the store later that day, and inform them of this, and they said "oh sorry, we have the correct bed but it doesn't have a footboard, so we can deliver that to you?" And what are we supposed to do with an incomplete bed that cannot be assembled???? Their solution was to push the delivery date to June 2023. Same thing happens in June. They push the delivery date to July 2023. The same thing happens yet again. The July date comes around and at this point, we're very very frustrated with the lack of any help from American Signature. And they've already taken our money since March! With absolutely nothing to show for it, while claiming that covid shipping issues are causing these delays... BS When this happened in July 2023 yet again, we go into the store to cancel our order and get our money back. We've had absolutely enough of their BS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they will never provide any products and they will continue taking your money. And they were continuing to sell the same bed set to other unknowing customers, while they never provide that bed set to their paying customers.
