He answered every question I had, and with certainty. He was a very friendly and positive person, who also took time to ask what the project was to ensure I purchased the correct products. She was rude, abrasive, and just downright mean. Not someone who belongs in customer service. Because of this, I have been visiting the store on Cliff Rd. I recently found myself without some supplies and needed to make a quick trip as this is my closest store. To my delight, Liz was at the front counter eager and ready to assist me.
