I like that they have the big carts to transfer wood and big materials. It definitely came in handy and I was able to transport wood easily to my truck. The only thing I was not happy with is that no one asked if I needed any assistance and there were several employees at the entrance just standing around. Good thing I brought assistance with me. There was plenty of parking and close to the entrance, very convenient when buying big materials.

So I get loud to get their attention. All that got me was Gabe run up like he's gangster and told me if I don't like it leave go somewhere else. Hahaha what a jerk. Now I remember why I most the time pass this stupid place to go to lemon grove or Point Loma Home Depot's funny thing they don't have the time to help customers, but they have plenty of time to call my office and give them a good laugh hahaha FUCK THIS HOME DEPOT ZERO STARS.!! I am painting the replacement parts I got from the junkyard for my 1997 Saturn so if it doesn't come out perfect I'm not too worried. I have never done this before so I had a lot of question about how to apply the paint and clean up etc. I purchased 1 quart of paint and 1 quart of Clear coat and the related chemicals for $180. They were very helpful and threw in some basic supplies like cups, mixing sticks and cone filters, etc. The quotes from body shops was close to $1000! You will find everything that you need in every Christmas color. I LOVE IT HERE. The cons were that the checkout lines went to the back of the store...all of them. There were about 6 checkout lines but it was ridiculously packed here. They may need to expand their store into the old Party City Storefront next door to address the customer base and needs. The only other Hobby Lobby Locations in SD County that I know of are La Mesa and Mira Mesa besides this Chula Vista location. We decided to leave and try to come back another day when it was less crowded. Overall this store had so many great things but the lines were taking 35min to 45+mins to checkout.
