I actually picked something out quickly and told her I had my measurements, but she insisted I needed to re-measure. Again, she made it clear I needed to call back the next day as I was apparently interrupting her exit. Day 2: Left message at 8:45am with measurements again and to ask price. Day 2: Called back at 12:30pm and talked to same person I left message for and saw the day before; she said she wasn't sure if she got my message, and realized she never checked pricing. She promised she would check pricing and also confirm if I could return an unused roll, and call me back that day. Of course, no call back. Day 3: Called at 10:15am and she (the person I had talked to before) wasn't there. Apparently the other wallpaper person was supposed to be there at 9, but according to the person who answered the phone said he didn't show up. What is this place and why are they so arrogant? It's apparently full of people who act like they are doing you a favor by even looking at you.

It was $6-8 per half pint so not too expensive and it's better than just hoping you'll actually like the color once it's on the wall. All the employees were very very helpful. It didn't take too long to mix the paints, and we were in and out within half an hour. I imagine most of the customers are professionals. Every hardware store sells the liquid but the paste is what hardcore Polish cleaning ladies use--and you don't argue with Polish cleaning ladies. This is a bit of a hike for me to get to but well worth it for nostalgia because we all love an old school hardware store.
