It is now April 26,2023. We finally received our lamps on or about March 15,2023 (almost 4 months…read moreafter we ordered them), but our nightstand still sits here damaged and defective. They actually sent a drawer yesterday that was almost as bad as the original drawer we are trying to get fixed. So after waiting 3 months and 12 days my nightstand is still broken and defective. We have now been waiting for over 5 months for our order to be fulfilled. This process has been unbelievably frustrating and I have spent way too much time talking to customer service. Apparently it takes them 3-5 business days to make any kind of decision and after repeated attempts at communicating with them all I have gotten from them (other than the 2nd broken drawer) is apologies. We have been told it would be fixed in 2-3 weeks at least 5 times. Apparently 2-3 weeks is the absolute fastest they can get anything delivered. I can get something delivered from Kathmandu in 3 days but they can't do any better than 3 weeks. There is absolutely no urgency of any kind to resolve your issue. To top it off I am really not impressed with the quality of their furniture. Funny thing is we have talked to numerous people about this and there is a surprising number of other people who have or know other people who have a similar story. Please please go somewhere else.

After coming into the Bassett Furniture store and meeting Angle we were super impressed with the…read moreway that she served us with the different needs we have with buying a house in the Tyler area in the coming months. She was extremely patient with us as we wandered around the store and realizing there were several things that were going to be needed instead of just what we initially thought we were going to need. She also showed us several options with fabric choices that we needed regarding the new rug we have purchased. She did a great job with working with our style and approach in dealing with this kind of large purchase. I appreciate all that she did and welcomed us to the Tyler area. If people are like Angie in this area then we are certainly excited to be here with kind and considerate people.

I didn't expect a routine stop at Tractor Supply Co. to turn into a full-on life event, but here we…read moreare. My cousin's dog apparently decided that the pet supply aisle was the perfect place to bring new life into the world, and honestly, she committed to the bit. One minute we were browsing; the next, it was an emergency "clear the space" situation, and suddenly Tractor Supply became the most unexpected maternity ward in Texas. To their credit, the staff handled it like absolute pros. What could've been chaotic was actually kind of heartwarming. Employees jumped in to help, gave us space, and somehow kept things calm as tiny puppies made their grand entrance. There's something surreal about hearing newborn puppy squeaks echoing through a store that usually smells like feed and hay. Customers nearby went from confused to fully invested in about 30 seconds. It turned into a wholesome little crowd moment for sure. By the end of it, everyone was okay, the puppies were adorable, and my cousin now has one wild story that no one will believe without proof. Overall, 10/10 experience great service, unforgettable atmosphere, and bonus puppies. Wouldn't recommend planning your dog's delivery here, but if it happens...apparently you're in good hands.

She had the earrings cleaned and polished beautifully, added new backs, and packaged everything so nicely with a box, tissue, and gift bag. It felt like she truly cared about helping me create a meaningful gift and not just making a sale. Customer service like that is rare, and Jennifer absolutely deserves recognition for the care and effort she put into the experience. I left feeling so grateful for her kindness.

Wednesday, October 4th, I purchased a highly recommended #NAPA drill bit for drilling two holes in…read morea steel bed frame. The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.
