We used to visit this store quite often. When we did go back recently the store had a bit of a remodel. It was nice, but just did not have the same feel as before. Prices on items tended to be a bit more hefty and the selection seemed more, how can I say,... "tan?" We went on a Saturday, which used to be a very busy time for them. But this time the store only had a couple of shoppers. Just couldn't put my finger on it, but it just didn't seem as interesting or inviting. The staff seemed a bit standoffish as well. I suspect if we are back down that way, we may stop by. Just don't think this will be a planned destination any longer.

I was not pleased. Brian came to our home to bid the job of painting the house and refinishing the…read moredeck. We asked him to refinish the exterior of the front door, use the same product on the deck that had been used on the deck previously and to mask things like the sprinkler box and gas meter which he said he would do. We also asked about removing the black marks on the deck and he said that they would use a conditioner to remove them. He e mailed the bid and we accepted it. The Hispanic men who came to do the job worked hard and did a good job. When we returned home the second day the deck was being "varnished" with a product that was not the one we wanted. We called Brian. By telephone he told us that he had not included the front door refinish in the bid. That the product on the deck was something he bought at another paint store. The items that they painted over without masking was because he forgot to tell the painters that we had stated that they should be masked and when we asked why the rails of the deck had not been refinished he said, "I don't include rails." No one did anything to remove the black marks. I am sick about the shiny, splotchy look of the deck. He asked for his check by e mail and we paid him the full amount of the bid. He did not show any interest in walking to the back yard and looking at the deck. I hope someone else can learn from our experience.

They are so hit or miss, you can come numerous times and not find anything remotely close to something you would care to have - then boom, the next time you come they have so much you have to pick and choose. This location in general is as good as any other location. Supply is pretty good, they ramp up at the beginning of a clothing season and tend to get light on supply as it gets deeper into the season to clear out space for the next line that is coming in. Also, not a bad place to look for home stuff - they can actually be a little surprising at what they have to offer. Staff here are friendly when engaged and typically keep to themselves if they aren't needed for something. Would shop here if I was in the area.
