Gentle and professional as he can't or may not be, I can now confidently demonstrate with examples the inaccuracy of his claim. In the past, my wife has had painting done in our home. It is my opinion that many residential spreaders of paint should advertise as such and refrain from the noble title of painter. I recently bought 3 tons of pellets at the spring sale as it is the best time to get them. When they called to set up my delivery date they said again I have to have a clear path which I do. Yesterday June 25th my pellets arrived and dropped in front of my garage the driver refused to stack them in my garage even though I had a clear path to do so. I had to pay someone $100.00 to do what was suppose to be done by your driver. When I finally got a hold of Tori today she said that they don't hand stack anymore and only bring them in on a pallet jack. That if I had wanted them hand stacked there is an additional fee for that and they only do that on a certain day. She also said that she tells everyone upon setting up the delivery that she informs people then that they have to have enough room for the pallet jack. This is a complete lie my husband is disabled and was sitting next to me when I ordered the pellets on speaker phone and when the delivery was set up a few days later. At no time did anyone tell us they are not hand stacked and that they are brought in with a pallet jack. Had I known this I would have never gotten pellets from your store. I would not recommend your store to anyone very poor service.
