Then I drew a picture of our existing kitchen, and she knew exactly what was needed. My husband and I went in and selected the cabinets, countertops, tile, and floor. We explained our needs, and with her knowledge of the products we quickly put it all together. We setup an appointment for her to come to the house. Everything was measured and within a few days she had a floor plan. We tweeted a few things (she wanted it to make sure it was what we wanted), and we signed a contract. The door to the store was open and upon entering, I saw two sales associates seated behind their desks. They didn't even lift their heads when we walked in; so of course, no "hello" or "welcome in". Oh, and they both had earphones in! They obviously did not want to be disturbed by questions or comments from any potential customers. As we made it to the back portion of the store, finally one of the sales associates sitting at her desk in the back told us to let her know if we needed anything. I hate to explicitly call someone out like this, but the other sales associate was SO rude to us. She is Asian, had wired earbuds in, and her desk is right behind the quartz samples. She had an extremely snobby attitude and was very dismissive of us. After we told her a little bit about our bathroom remodel, she just said, "Well, good luck" with a bratty tone. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time to stop in here; don't come in even if you just want to browse. The sales associates at D'Fine can't be bothered to greet you when you walk in, so they obviously couldn't handle getting up from behind their desks to show you samples & materials to start your design. I have seen teenagers run stores better than this. They have some pretty materials here, but the attitudes of the sales associates need a major fix. Seriously so off-putting and gross- don't come in here.

I had a very poor experience with this contractor. This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.

This is my second time coming to this location. I was referred here by my contractor. The first…read morevisit Mike was so kind to allow me in as the store happened to be closed. Today my anxiety was high as the many options out there for kitchen cabinets (wall, island and wall), countertops, countertop continuance in lieu of back splash and on is abundant. I had set my mind on one color but entering this store again but not when it was closed allowed for a more open mind to view the models. Of course it would not be me if I didnt make another selection of color choice in cabinet color. I was then paired with Laura whom was beyond helpful. With a few of my many questions she asked Mike about somethings. Mike stated to me, you came in here the last time as he remembered me and said she saw and confirmed the cabinet she wanted right away. Mike knew that part and was confirming to me to not get too confused and stick with what stood out for me. I still liked the Pebble Cabinets but like the darker of the Greige as well. With Laura assisting we then was able to narrow down 3 countertops and get quotes. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. The cabinets seem very reasonable in cost however they are not able to do a customizations like a few other kitchen remodel stores.
