Papa Bucks has pork, brisket, chicken, St Louis Style Ribs, burgers and such. I went with the 2 meat combo plate and chose pulled pork and brisket with coleslaw and baked beans. Meats were tender. Brisket was good, but a little more time to render down the fat would have been appreciated. Pork was tasty as well as the coleslaw. Beans seemed a bit overworked/overcooked and had a mealy mouth feel to them which was a bit offputting. Portions were decent as well as prices.
