I called the office to provide the information and also expressed that I was frustrated by the repeated calls. My concern was never about the importance of having accurate insurance information--I completely understand that. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate the need for accurate records. My frustration was simply that I had already told the office I would call back, yet I felt pressured before I had the opportunity to do so. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the office manager spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and condescending. She even asked if I "always talk to my customers the way I was talking to her," despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully; I simply expressed my frustration with how the situation was handled. As a parent, first impressions matter when choosing healthcare providers for my children. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with little confidence in the office's approach to communication and customer service, so I chose to cancel our appointments and seek dental care elsewhere.

I must also admit I am one of the few people who actually likes going to the dentist (probably linked to my grandfather being my first dentist). I haven't had many issues with my teeth, so the majority of my visits are spent with the dental hygienist. I usually get Minna who is very friendly. Dr. Piorkowski usually comes in towards the end of the visit to have a look and he is also pleasant. I still come to the practice even though I haven't lived in Easton for over 7 years. I always manage to work in a visit when I am home for something else. I love coming here and seeing familiar faces. From walking in the door and seeing Margaret (receptionist/office coordinator) to Minna and the other hygienists, they make the trip to the dentist enjoyable. Everyone I have encountered here is very friendly. A truly (and literally for me) neighborhood dentist.

Broad Street Dental is sending me to a periodontist for the cleaning because their Hygienist is busy till October, 2019 with cleanings. Really?? Their sending me to an oral surgeon to pull a wisdom tooth??? Really? My dentist in Florida was willing to pull it no oral surgeon needed. When I asked the doctor why I need an oral surgeon, she said maybe he is more experienced. Really? I was with my wife for her visit. While waiting for her in their office - on the referrals, I asked if they are, "In Network" referrals. They said they didn't know, I should call them and if not in network, they will provide another referral. Really? Why didn't they find out if referral was , "In Network", before dishing them out. There are 2-4 people behind the counter gabbing, yet they don't have the time to provide, "In Network", referrals. Really? After I said okay, they made the calls for me. After going to an Oral Surgeon for Wisdom Extraction, and a Periodontist for the cleaning, I can then go back for the new filling. The feeling (which is important) is that they are so busy and so overbooked, their doing us a favor taking us as clients. Really?

They quoted a very fair price and booked an immediate appointment for me. I was scheduled for the next morning and I paid exactly the price I was quoted. They hygienist held my hand as The Dentist made the procedure as painless as he could. He made sure to give me adequate anathesia barely felt a thing other then pressure from the teeth being pulled. Which is to be expected. Everything was done the same day. He was polite caring and his staff went far and beyond. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future. Affordable and great care wish I could give more than 5 stars.
