The office has friendly staff and a pleasant front desk. I really appreciated the thorough and efficient service we have received both times. This office respects your time and won't hold you hostage waiting in the waiting room. My only complaint is having to wait months to be seen. It's somewhat of an ordeal with consultation (that takes weeks to schedule) - then the insurance red tape-then trying to get an appointment especially when you are in the midst of excruciating pain. Excellent post op instructions. Thank you Dr L for taking care of my husband. They try their best- there are too many people needing services and not enough resources here.

I've always been…read morevery anxious about the dentist and I have put off dental care for MANY years - and I've never had dental insurance. Inevitably, during the COVID, my wisdom tooth cracked back in May and I was giving me a LOT of pain. I did a google search for surgeons in my area & made an appointment for July 30th. Understandably, every medical office is backed up due to COVID. I was anxious for 2 months awaiting my appointment, but I was in pain so it was not an option to continue postponing the inevitable. The process up until that day went smoothly - back & forth emails to get all my paperwork in prior to my appointment was very helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I was very anxious. The woman who checked me in was very calming and helpful. The woman who took my x-rays was gentle and kind. They took me right back to the examination room and the woman who did my intake was awesome - again very calming and made me feel at ease. Meeting Dr. Chaudhry was another great experience. He was honest and told me that sedation was recommended for my procedure - especially knowing how anxious I was. Considering I was not prepared with a ride home, they waited patiently while I made arrangements to have my fiance pick me up. Also considering I do not have dental insurance & was not prepared for the additional sedation cost, Dr. Chaudhry worked with me and he was more than generous in his quote. I am so very thankful for that. The procedure was a dream - everyone was gentle, calming, & kind. I remember & felt NOTHING after the IV went into my arm. After the Novocaine wore off that evening I was sore, but in no pain whatsoever - which was surprising to me. I can not tell you how much this experience may very well have "cured" by fear of dentists. Every single person there made me feel welcome and calm. I have a LOT of dental work ahead of me and I simply can not go anywhere else. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

For the past two weeks, I have been dealing with the most horrendous tooth pain I've ever…read moreexperienced in my life. Honestly, a 10/10 on the pain scale. Let's face it, I haven't met one person in life who says they looked forward to going to the dentist. But nervously I made the appointment on a Monday begging for them to please squeeze me in asap to remove the tooth. They very kindly were able to get me an appointment the very next day with Dr. Sheeran. My tooth was infected, so they had to give me Anesthesia to remove the tooth. I have to say, I can not thank Dr. Sheeran enough for what he did. The man is no less than a miracle worker! He is very kind, courteous, with excellent bedside manner. I felt completely at ease from the minute I met him until the time the removal was done. Not only that, but he inserted the greatest IV I've ever had in my life! I Could barely even feel a pinch. We joked a little, talked about golf, and next thing you know what felt like five seconds later I'm wide awake and the procedure was complete. Here we are less than 24 hours after the tooth removal, and I have ZERO pain. No bleeding, no discomfort, nothing. Words can't even begin to express how happy I am to have met Dr Sheeran and have him work on me. Believe me when I tell you, the man is extremely gifted at what he does. I also have to say how friendly and professional his entire staff is. The 2 ladies at the desk were a complete joy to deal with, as well as Dr Sheeran's assistant that aided him with the surgery. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. I hope I never have to experience this type of tooth issue again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Dr Sheeran.

Let's just say that everything is top notch at this practice. Very comfortable waiting areas, easy to find location, an excellent friendly staff, the latest in 3D x-ray equipment which takes the x-rays in one twist of the equipment around the head instead of the assistant moving items around your mouth whilst taking single shots. This place is clean and organized. The most painless and easy extractions I have ever had as a patient although Dr. Brennan seemed to have to fight the impacted wisdom tooth... I was extremely comfortable with just local anesthetics since I couldn't go under. Now the pain later... WHOA! But not their fault. My dental issues were my own doing. But extractions are hard enough to deal with. Dr. Brennan and the staff here made them so much easier to bear.

I was having molar pain and it almost felt like a tooth dying so I thought "root canal". I was amazed that Sherry Dental made time to see me and I wasn't even their actual patient. I was seen at 1:30 today. They explained their covid procedures, hand washing, download the patient forms, come in on time, etc. they took me right away. The front desk was welcoming and pleasant. The assistant was helpful and took me back to the pano x Ray machine after I "de accessorized". Dr Zachary Emerson was the dentist who saw me. He is youthful and exuberant. Very pleasant and welcoming. He asked me some questions and actually complimented my existing dental work noting the high quality and expertise of the previous dentist. My pain was caused due to "recession". Oh how great it is getting old! I'm planning to have him do my check up in the next few weeks but in the Tamaqua office. I appreciated the peace of mind even though I have some pain-I'll survive. Hell I had two children without anesthesia!
