Within 10 months the mattress was sagging badly on both sides. We called them and they immediately begin making excuses but said they would send somebody out to look at it. After looking at it they said that it didn't sag bad enough yet and that we should keep using it until it met the manufacturers criteria for warranty. So here we are using a bad mattress while out over $1,000.00. They blame the manufacturer but we didn't buy from the manufacturer, we bought from Steinberg's. So I guess the bottom line is that their helpfulness ends at the cash register.

I feel like this sale should have been honored for those who placed an order, and wasn't right to cancel after getting a confirmation email. I decided to use the $50 discount on satin sheets that were $100, so I felt like we were getting them half off. When looking into this brand (which must be GREAT for that price) I find out they were only around $25 everywhere else. Why would they be charging 4x the amount!? I tried cancelling the order 3 different times the same day and only got a "case number" and no assistance. I waited in the online chat for 45 minutes just to be told I had to wait 48-72 hours for the cancellation to go through. I check today to see the sheets have not been cancelled, and they are on the way here. Now we are going to have to deal with the sheets once they arrive and take them to the physical store. I've never ordered something before that was impossible to cancel. I will never order from this company again. Their prices are basically theft and their customer service is non-existent.

The day after I received the bed I wanted to return it. The smell was so bad we had to close the door to our room and open the windows. Whole family had headaches and felt sick. Called and said we wanted to return the bed but they said they do not do returns. The owners son said this is the industry standard. This is a lie because I called American TV, Mattress Firm, Stegers, and Denver Mattress and they all have a return policy. One store even lets you return up to 100 days after purchase. Grade F for Return Policy and Honesty 3. After a month of airing out our room, we were finally able to start sleeping on the bed. We were expecting to have a great nights rest on this very expensive bed. Sad to say it was one of the worst nights rest. It was so soft and didn't feel anything like it did in the store. They were kind enough to exchange this bed for a more firm mattress but it cost us $800 (more expensive bed). This bed is also too soft and didn't feel anything like it did in the store. They will let us exchange this for another mattress but the mattress is cheaper. The owner said it was $400 cheaper and we wouldn't get the difference for an in-store credit. It's just a mattress for mattress exchange. In the end we would lose the $400. However, I did some research on the internet and the bed we want to exchange for is not just $400 cheaper but over $1600! Grade F for customer service and honesty. In the end, we still can't sleep on the new $$$ bed because it kills our backs. We are sleeping on our 15 year old traditional mattress. Please do not think that Tempur Pedic mattress will solve your sleeping issues. It made ours worse. So before you sink your hard earned money into this style mattress, make sure you purchase from a store that has return policy that favors the customer. Basically your choice is any store but The Back Store. A smart man learns from his mistakes but a wise man learns from others.

Domingo really knew his stuff...not just about mattresses, but also about food, health, & fitness, and he honestly could be a life coach in general!
