They informed me the sales person would call. When the salesman calls me he acts like he's doing me a favor suggesting I should go and fix this issue myself. I made the mistake of asking why he was so annoyed with me. On the morning of August 27, 2025, their truck #150 was parked in the designated bike and pedestrian lane between Route 1 and Kent Avenue on Wellington Place in Bethany Beach. The vehicle was positioned in a way that completely blocked the lane, despite there being plenty of space to park without creating a hazard. I called the number on the side of the truck to report my concern. Yet, 25 minutes later on my return trip, the truck was still in the exact same spot, still blocking the lane. When I called again to follow up, the person who answered responded with a dismissive attitude rather than taking responsibility. How can anyone think it is acceptable to block a path meant for cyclists and pedestrians, forcing them into traffic alongside cars and trucks? It shows a troubling lack of care for the community and the safety of others. If this company demonstrates such indifference to something as basic and important as public safety, it raises the question: how much care will they show for your project? The owner comment added after this review does not speak to the specific issue and alludes to the truck being a gas truck filling a tank, which is an understandable temporary disruption. In this case the truck is a pickup truck performing service inside of a home and there was PLENTY of room to pard the truck off of the street, the driver just chose not to do so!

I have been with the company for 18 years. I woke up today with no gas. It's 20ish degrees today…read moremind you. I call Sharp Energy in Georgetown and they said we were on delivery hold and had to pay $239. I paid it immediately. Was then told that I wouldn't receive a delivery now for 5-7 days!! I asked why wasn't I notified and they said I was through automatic phone call to an old number and that it's my responsibility to update the number. I asked to be notified through email for any issues or invoices and I changed/updated my number years ago. I spoke with a Supervisor, Rena White, who basically said there's nothing they could do but possibly charge us an additional $300 for an "off route" delivery. This is how an 18 year customer is treated!!! Shame on you!! No prior issues paying our bill. I pay weekly and if they updated the number in their system properly this would have never happened! Shame on you!!

I had to file complaints with the BBB and the Business Consumer Alliance and the FTC Complaint Assistant and finally the Department Of Justice (Kent County) before the issue was resolved. It took multiple phone calls and emails and a total of 4 months to receive a check to cover the damage. My advice is to use another company if you need a new AC unit.

Two suburban propane employees were at the house next to us . I went to the property next door to ask a few questions.One gentlemen was sleeping in his truck with the motor running . The other ignored my husband and I . Neither one of those gentlemen had a uniform on. No name tags on their shirt and no company logo . I then followed the gentleman over to his truck and wanted to ask him what the code was in this area with an undeground tank . I walked around his truck that looked like it never had been washed. Had political stickers on the front and the back Of the truck meanwhile someone wrote FJB on the door panel . NOTE the other technician was still sleeping in his truck and had no idea of what day or month it was when I finally asked him to move his truck in front of our property. I will be reporting this to Whippany as soon as I can . I would be embarrassed as a manager of this CSC that employees represent my office
