He prepared a report and supplemental reports that same day! He was always easily reachable by phone and very kind, helpful, honest, careful, friendly, and conscientious. He was a lifesaver and saved me thousands of dollars - for sure, without him, in one year, I would have had a foundation that was falling apart because the grading of the land would have allowed water into the home and was aimed toward the home instead of away from it. I cannot say enough great things about Eric Espada. He was on my side and went to bat for me with the builder. He is the consummate professional who exceeded my already high expectations. Your pipes could be rusting and crumbling and they'll say it looks good. Check things out yourself, get dirty, don't rely on Amerispec Delaware entirely.
