I described my issue and he went to my home and diagnosed the problem using a drone. He called and texted pictures and stated that he could perform the needed repairs on the following day insuring that the forecasted storms would not make matters worse. I've never experienced such great customer service . By early Saturday afternoon the repairs were complete and I had pictures and an invoice in my hands.
