They have group classes (varying between 5-15 people,) small group training (about 3-6 people & priced a little bit more) & personal one-on-one sessions (1-2 people priced a little higher.) I was assigned an instructor who talked about her personal life most of the time. It seems like most people in the class knew her outside the studio perhaps. Not my vibe either. I get it mention one or two things but most of the class was her talking about her life. But I stopped coming here for an important reason. One of the girls set up a tripod and was recording herself and everyone behind her. I was the closest next to her so I was on the video. The instructor said nothing. WHY NOT PLACE THE TRIPOD IN A ANGLE THAT DOESNT GET ANYONE ELSE BEHIND YOU?! I was so uncomfortable being recorded. What a complete disregard for everyone else in the studio. Both from the instructor and the guest recording herself. That was my last straw and I stopped coming here. I was doing classes here 2-3x a week but switched somewhere else. Hopefully they find a way to fix this. But you should never assume everyone is okay with being recorded.
