I've been a member for years and cannot sing Coach Juden's praises enough! Since day one, I could tell the care she puts into this community while also being a role model. The classes are never boring, challenge you, and the teachers hold you accountable, all in their own way. I've been getting 1:1 sessions with Juden as well and it's helped my confidence (let's be real, a lifelong project) and form. I never thought I could lift the way I do at Zero Givens. We're all met where we're at and there's always something new going on. This old timer won't be stopping anytime soon. read more

My husband & I first tried Zero Givens Whittier during their deal of the month back in February. Right from the start, the experience was concrete & firm & had me sweating & burning to an upbeat & positive sound track. The 5 am workout class works best with my work schedule but I love the flexibility this gym provides by giving me access to the rest the of the gym while the next workout class starts up. At 56 years old, I wanted to avoid injury & additional aches & pains to my joints (which were brought on by running Marathons). I made it a priority to focus on body form & flexibility. At 5 or 6 weeks in, I started adding weights to the workout & I'm loving the results. I'm slowly & cautiously adding weights as time goes on & I'm learning to trust the process as I see the transformation & sculpting my body is taking on. Part of the process is changing my habits to make consistency part of my health journey & TRUSTING-the-PROCESS. The absolute BEST thing about this gym is the GOAT, Coach Juden. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, & supportive without sounding like a drill Sargent (though, I'm sure she can pile it on if that is your style). The energy at this gym is always positive, which influences my day to stay on the positive side. I love their weekly focus schedule. Take a look, I attached a photo. read more

I absolutely love this gym! The community is what makes this place so special. Everyone is incredibly supportive and constantly pushes you to become the best version of yourself. The gym is always improving and making changes to provide an even better experience for its members. If you're interested in training for competitions like Hyrox or DEKA, this is the perfect place. The programming and environment prepare you not only physically but mentally as well. Thanks to this amazing community, and especially Coach Juden, I've completed competitions I never imagined I'd be capable of doing. They've helped me build confidence, strength, and resilience. I've also met some of my closest friends here, and that has made this gym feel like a second home. It's so much more than a place to work out--it's a place where you grow, challenge yourself, and build meaningful friendships. I truly love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a gym. It's a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed. read more

Joining Zero Givens Whittier in October was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness journey. What makes this gym so special isn't just the workouts - it's the people! Coach Juden has encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself in ways I never thought possible. She has a way of pushing you to be your best while making you believe in yourself every step of the way. The Zero Givens family is unlike any gym community I've experienced. On the days when I think I can't - they're right there not only watching me accomplish it, but cheering me on the entire way. The support, encouragement, and sense of belonging make every workout something to look forward to. Since joining, I've lost 20 pounds, but the biggest transformation has been creating healthier habits and a stronger mindset. The journey has been fun, rewarding, and filled with amazing people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. If you're looking for a gym that promotes growth, accountability, and a true sense of family, Zero Givens is the place to be. I'm so grateful to be part of this community! read more

This gym is cool, I've been a few times and like the work outs. A challenge every time for sure.

I joined Zero Givens a little over a month ago and I have had a positive experience so far. Coach Juden is amazing, supportive, and very welcoming. She pours so much into her business and is genuinely kind to everyone who steps into the gym. The classes are challenging but there are modifications offered to help make the classes approachable for people of all levels of athleticism. There is a wide variety of times offered for classes during the week which is also a plus. They also offer a 3 class/1 week trial which is great when you are trying out the gym! I recommend joining this gym if you want a great workout! read more

I love my gym! Coach Juden is super welcoming and really makes you feel like you belong from day one. The coach is honestly amazing--really knowledgeable, motivating, and always paying attention to form and progress. She'll also check in on you, keeps you accountable, and actually notices when you've been showing up or when you've been slacking a bit, which really helps you stay consistent. The workouts are challenging but fun, and they keep me coming back! What really stands out is how personal it feels. We've built a real connection over time and it feels like a fitness family. My friends and I joined together and created more friendships coming to this gym. They celebrate your birthday, holidays, & even potlucks for special celebrations, which just makes the whole community vibe even better. Juden even welcomes masseuse and chiropractors to help her athletes to help with the recovery process when needed. This gym always has events going on from Spartan races, Deka, hyrox competitions, Ultra, half marathons, etc, you name it, they've trained for it! which has made it even more fun and motivating. If you're looking for a place that's supportive but still pushes you, this is it! read more

I initially came here because I wanted to do a kickboxing class and ZG had it once a week. They ended up getting rid of that class but I loved it here. It feels like a family here and we encourage one another. I even worked out here while pregnant and after I had my baby. I was able to bring him along to the gym in the stroller. Again. Like I said. Because its family here. And NO EXCUSES. So I make it work and get my workout in. read more

I had dropped into several gyms prior to finding Zero Givens. Looking for a fun positive vibe and coaches that care about their members. Feeling fortunate to have saved the best for last. Great atmosphere and members that are welcoming. The equipment is in great condition, organized, and clean. I also appreciated Head Coach "Juden" sitting with me prior to my first class to inquire about my health and fitness goals. The workouts are about 1 hr long and never the same. I've yet to repeat a workout after nearly 3 months. Zero Givens also provides Chiropractic and massage therapy on Mondays by appointment. A bonus for us older guys. Definitely a gym worthy of a 5 Star rating. read more

My Happy Place. I am approaching my 3rd year at Zero Givens Whittier, and I absolutely Love it! The atmosphere is great. Coach Juden, Coach Lauren and running Coach Stella are Fantastic, in addition to the many Friendships I have established. I attend 5AM workouts, and I am surrounded by a group of men & women who welcome, encourage, lift and support one another. We push one another to be better, with that comes a ton of laughs, a little harassment and a whole lot of LOVE! Never a dull moment at 5AM Every day is a different workout. Arms, legs, full body, cardio/running, Hammys. Saturday, you get it all! Special classes offered on Sundays I am currently completing a 3-week challenge. It includes an individual assessment, meal planning, class, and additional homework workouts. It's a great opportunity to hop into every once in a while, keeps me accountable and eating clean makes such a huge difference in my daily. My running. After attending weeks of PT for my knee and getting nothing accomplished. I joined the Thursday evening running classes with Coach Stella. She assessed my issue, took the time to help me and I am running more than EVER! I highly recommend Zero Givens Whittier, not only for your Health, but all of your fitness goals. read more

Absolutely love everything about this gym! I've been going here for about 3-4 months now and I can't recommend this place enough!! The trainers are great and always keep it fresh with great workouts! Everyone that I've met at this gym is super friendly and very supportive. The energy here is great! I can't see myself ever going to any other gym! I've tried different gyms and this is by far my favorite. My biggest thing was finding a good gym that had punching bags and incorporates boxing in the workouts and they do that here! Boxing classes every Thursday evening! All their equipment here is well maintained! Overall the place is really clean including the restrooms. If you're looking for a gym filled with great ppl and great workouts. This is your place! Sign up and thank me later!! Ask for coach Juden or Lauren! read more

Zero givens in Whittier is an absolute gem. The staff is amazing and extremely motivating. I've been working out here for almost 3 months now and it's completely changed my life. I recently completed one of their 3 week challenges and I feel amazing. ZeroGivens Whittier- I've been apart of this gym since it opened so I've gotten to witness the growth of not just the gym but the members as well.. This isn't your typical gym, yes you'll have great HITT workouts by trainers who know what their doing but you'll also find that the members also encourage each other and build friendships that extend pass just the gym. The gym is always clean and doesn't have a problem bringing your kids while you get a session in and as well offer kid programs thru out the year. Monday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Wednesday is full body and my favorite Thursdays is cardio boxing with a very knowledgeable coach and Fridays are lower body again then Saturday mornings they offer a 90 minute workout. It's definitely worth a try if your looking for a gym and ready to get back in shape without the typical commercial gym atmosphere. read more

Update- 1/29/2023 I have just completed the 504 Hours 3 Week Detox challenge. After overindulging over the holidays I needed to get back on track with my eating habits. My first week was a tough one. My body was going through detox and I was feeling it. I had headaches, felt fatigued and was very irritable. My body was getting rid of these toxins and I kept craving all the bad food that I had during the holidays. But as the days went by, the cravings were less intense and my body began to feel much better. By the third week I craved clean foods and felt better physically. Some of the challengers came together and ended this challenge by doing a Spartan Sprint together. What an amazing experience! So many people have inspired me at ZG and are so supportive in my goals and accomplishments. I love this place! Come and check it out! read more
