The 5 am workout class works best with my work schedule but I love the flexibility this gym provides by giving me access to the rest the of the gym while the next workout class starts up. At 56 years old, I wanted to avoid injury & additional aches & pains to my joints (which were brought on by running Marathons). I made it a priority to focus on body form & flexibility. At 5 or 6 weeks in, I started adding weights to the workout & I'm loving the results. I'm slowly & cautiously adding weights as time goes on & I'm learning to trust the process as I see the transformation & sculpting my body is taking on. Part of the process is changing my habits to make consistency part of my health journey & TRUSTING-the-PROCESS. The absolute BEST thing about this gym is the GOAT, Coach Juden. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, & supportive without sounding like a drill Sargent (though, I'm sure she can pile it on if that is your style). The energy at this gym is always positive, which influences my day to stay on the positive side. I love their weekly focus schedule. Take a look, I attached a photo.

They have group classes (varying between 5-15 people,) small group training (about 3-6 people & priced a little bit more) & personal one-on-one sessions (1-2 people priced a little higher.) You can even drop in & try a class as a walk-in (for less than $20) & see how you like it. Every trainer is different in teaching style, but with the same goal in mind--to get their clients a good workout & good sweat. If you need modifications because of an injury let it be known & they'll tailor it for you. Having the right form is extremely important to me so I appreciate when the trainers would correct me or show us the correct form. I found community here when I wasn't even searching for it. I was reminded to have a strong & positive mindset & that I would only see results if I put in the work. This isn't just a gym. Melissa puts in a lot of hard work, time, energy & dedication to not only her clients, but also in providing equipment that measures up to those same standards. So what are you waiting for? Not only did I find my home gym but also somewhere that I could bring my baby girl where she will be welcomed and included. At just age 1 she is already eager to get out there just by watching all of us during WODs In addition, I wanted a gym where I could elevate as an athlete; be careful what you ask for here! Coach Carlos came in with the expert fundamentals, form correction & giving me confidence to do Rx weights. Coach Rich came in with the getting me out of my comfort zone & not letting me leave without trying a new movement or even conquering it (box jumps!!!) Coach Yvette with the importance of mobility.     My husband and I love to eat and try out restaurants (as evidenced by my other Yelp reviews,…read morehaha)... so we need to workout for some sort of balance. We used to go to the Fit Body Boot Camp in Cypress years ago, but eventually stopped when we moved. We used to run marathons/half marathons, but then the pandemic happened. We do have gym memberships but we don't really go. We haven't worked out in awhile... starting all over again is difficult, but we did like our previous experience with the boot camp so we were glad to find one close by. We are now around 30+ sessions in. The workouts are no joke, they are super challenging, and we feel so tired once they're done, but we never regret doing it afterwards. Basically a love-hate relationship: we love that we're feeling healthier and (a little) stronger every week, but we hate how hard the workouts are, haha. Coach Chandy and Coach Sam are amazing, they are soo nice and friendly, always having encouraging words for us and are super motivating. To be honest, there are some days when it feels really tough to get out of the house to go workout, but having the coaches push us and guide us helps. Especially for newbies like us! Highly recommend giving this boot camp a try! "DON'T QUIT!"
