Waited for days for someone to call me to process my order which is understandable, but then they called and confirmed their choice of delivery date for Friday. Both Friday and Saturday passed and not even a call to tell me what is happening with the gifts I need for tomorrow!!!! Tried calling and no answer, emailed both days and no answer. What kind of place has this turned into? I have been a customer for decades and understand the new situation we live in 05'2020 but not even a call??? Extremely disappointed. May never come back. UPDATE: finally got a call from Kathy today (Monday) apologizing for the mix up. Offered me free delivery service worth $30 and a $25 gift certificate. New delivery date is now Thursday, keeping my fingers crossed. UPDATE: received order.
