I am outraged! Having confirmed that to check my puppy would be £38 and having checked again on…read morearrival as there was nothing wrong it would be the same for both. I had to listen to the vets disagremeent on my choice of homoeopathy and feeding - my choice not hers! Then to listen to her negative discourse on what might possibly have been wrong - which I was not interested in as it was not the case - I leave the vet where there is a queue and give my card details for the agreed £38. I then open my bank account today to find that they have STOLEN £110 plus!!!! Where was the telephone call to me to check this amount? Where was anything that I had already agreed to? This is outrageous and these vets are not to be trusted if this is the way they behave after confirming on 3 separate occasions what the cost would be. Did I take away anything? Absoutely not - except now a sick feeling in my stomach that these vets can never be trusted and all they are interested in is their opinion and how much they can fleece you for! I will not let this rest. Where is the paperwork to prove the outstanding amounts?? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS - HOW DARE THEY DO THIS AND BEHAVE LIKE THIS??

My animals adore him and I do believe he adores them too. We previously saw Chris at his surgery at Polsloe but we have now been going out to Cranbrook because of the large car park which is much more convienient. Chris use to be a zoo vet. (there are pictures on the wall of him treating leopards etc so I have complete faith in him treating my moggy! Although she can be just as lethal sometimes I assure you) Just like most people who are dedicated to their pets I can sometimes appear a little too crazy about them, but its lovely to go into a practice where they make just as much fuss over my animals as I do. When my cat was in to stay the nurses even picked up on her idiosyncrasies, which made me think she must have got a lot of care and attention for them to know her so well.

over 4 weeks ago I sadly lost my dog. 2 weeks after I call to see where he is as was expecting him…read moreback by then, their response "we'll chase with the crematorium and wait to hear from us when he's back" a week later nothing so I call again to be given the same response. This time I asked for a call back immediately after giving me an indication when I can expect him. 10 mins later I get a call from a different receptionist saying they've 'just' received a call from the crematorium chasing a further £10 for the engraving we asked for and then they could chase it?? I was unaware of this £10 as paid everything Cranbrook vets asked for. I am more than happy to pay but why could she still not give me any indication of when to expect him. She then said she was hoping it would be the following Mondaythey would receive him but just wait for a call. we are now 4 weeks and still waiting so I phone the crematorium direct who say they were only called last Thursday (over 3 weeks after he passed) to collect him. Total lies from the receptionist each time I've called as they clearly had him still at the vets. it's so upsetting I am having to chase this and they obviously don't care how painful this process is as they were never actually chasing anything? Poor poor service and still waiting for my pup to come home- I do not recommend

When i had a Guinea pig put to sleep recently, they staff were extremely caring and sympathetic, they even put a card in the post to me a few days later, which was a lovely touch. The fees dont seem any different to any other vet in Salisbury, its just the care service that puts these ahead of the rest.

I took my dog there recently and she had an accident on the floor because she was so nervous but the receptionist just came out with a mop and bucket and told me not to worry it always happens. My beautiful 5 year old became very unwell…read more, very sudden, Phoned the practice and they gave him an immediate appointment, Unfortunatley they discovered he had been poisened. The vet treated him wonderfully and tried her very best to save him. They treated him with love and respect and he looked so peaceful when i went to collect him to lay him to rest. they were so compasionate to my grief. Would recommend this practice to anyone whom truely love their pets and want them to have the best of care.

Friends dog was paralyzed during an operation and they wont accept liability - he couldn't walk after the op and is now paralyzed (had a Luxating patella). Can't even see the same vet who broke his spine... There's no human element. Our new vets are amazing and talk to the animals, make them feel comfortable and call us every chance they can. They even offered us a cup of coffee! (Southmore for reference). Greenbay is nothing like this. They don't like small animals (so i've heard through the great vine). Horrible to cats and small dogs. I also know someone who works here and how on earth they still get business. They're a disgusting, money grabbing vets.

They are always interested and supportive and when the sad day comes they really do care. They are the best vets I have ever come across. They are situated in a quiet road, away from the town centre and on street parking is available immediately in front of their building. I have never had a problem parking there. Some operations are done at their Torquay premises where they have more facilities. They look after the owners as well as the animals.

Treated kindly and respectfully when cat had to be put down. Only complaint is the cost of the products sols, but this is a vets and they are always expensive.
