I took my dog there recently and she had an accident on the floor because she was so nervous but the receptionist just came out with a mop and bucket and told me not to worry it always happens. The vet treated him wonderfully and tried her very best to save him. They treated him with love and respect and he looked so peaceful when i went to collect him to lay him to rest. they were so compasionate to my grief. Would recommend this practice to anyone whom truely love their pets and want them to have the best of care.

She is so full of herself you feel inadequate - dictatorial could have been written for her. All we got was how wonderful her own animal was, what she would have done for her dog and how great she was etc etc. Now to be fair shes young and her treatment does work but people do not want a lecture on how great her dog is and orders on what they MUST do. "I said you must bring him back in 7 days" is not the way you talk to people. Perhaps if she said she'd like to see him in a week and could we please make another appointment we would have. As it was we gave her 3 chances then continued treatment elsewhere. From a psychologist point of view she is obviously lacking in confidence with the general public to need to dictate and promote herself like this. However she's good with animals and the vacinations are cheaper - just take an iPod and she wont bother you!
