The team of vets and nurses are friendly and professional, and offer good advice. Fortunately, I've not had to use them for any major problems (yet). They offer a paws and claws club for pets which spreads the cost of regular vaccinations, worming and flea treatment over the course of a year. I've found this very useful as there's no big lump sum to pay at vaccination time!

We recently had to bring one of the guinea pigs to have an operation on its bladder. The price was reasonable and took really good care of him over night. It was really worth doing the op as he is so much better now. You can usually get an appointment when you phone up and even open on a Saturday if you can't come in during the week. We have all our pets registered with them now and wouldn't consider taking them to any other vet. The staff all very friendly and helpful.
