They were very accommodating with visits while she was there. The vet, Dr Mark Dunning (now at Southern Counties) was fantastic. He clearly knew his stuff, communicated well with us, and maintained very helpful email correspondence long after we took her home. (Not to mention that his surgical skills saved her life!)

The vets at Anderson Sturgess were phenomenal, affording her an extremely high level of care. More importantly though they communicated every step of her treatment back to me and regularly spent half an hour or more on the phone to explain the latest developments. Every assesment of her condition was honest and up front with me leaving each conversation confident that she was receiving every possible treatment available. I cannot reccomend them highly enough and while there was a happy outcome for us, even if it had gone the other way I would have known that she had the highest level of care and treatment.
