I came back here for lunch with my daughter and we both love the food at the restaurant. We both…read moreordered the meatballs platter and salmon salad. They taste so delicious that our stomach was so full we went walking around the store and bought a few items. IKEA prices are pretty reasonable, we bought couple of lamps and pillows. The cookies looked good so we bought a couple of packages. After shopping, we went to grab ice cream, they have the best soft serve! We paid with credit card and I realized that I supposed to redeem with the credit voucher but I forgot. The lady was so kind to reverse the transaction for me. We will be back again soon for the food lol

IKEA is less of a furniture store and more of a Scandinavian escape room where the grand prize is…read moreeventually finding the exit. You walk in thinking, "I just need a shelf." Three hours later you're wandering through a fake Swedish apartment carrying a lamp named BLÖRGENFLÜGEN, questioning every decision that brought you to this moment. There are no shortcuts. There is no freedom. You WILL see the kitchens. You WILL see the bedrooms. You WILL walk through 14 living rooms. IKEA doesn't have aisles. It has a plot. And apparently the adventure doesn't necessarily end when you buy something. Customer complaints across review sites repeatedly describe delivery problems, missing or damaged pieces, refund delays and customer service frustration. Then comes assembly. IKEA hands you 173 pieces of wood, 46 screws, three mysterious metal objects and an instruction booklet containing absolutely no words. Just a little cartoon man smiling. WHY IS HE SMILING? Six hours later the bookshelf is leaning 11 degrees to the left, you have four screws remaining, your relationship is under federal investigation, and suddenly that cartoon man feels disrespectful. And heaven help you if something is missing. IKEA's own support pages have dedicated instructions for missing merchandise and replacement parts, which feels less like customer service information and more like foreshadowing. The meatballs are good, though. Which might actually be IKEA's greatest psychological achievement. They put you through a furniture-based hostage situation and halfway through go: "Would you like some gravy?" Yes. Yes, I would. Because I've been trying to locate the checkout since Tuesday. IKEA doesn't sell furniture. IKEA sells side quests. The dresser is just what you receive after defeating the final boss with an Allen wrench. Zero stars. Although I'll probably be back. I still need the matching nightstand.

If I chose to spend $10,000 in IKEA, I guarantee I could refurnish my whole home in most rooms with a new furnishings, as well as filling my refrigerator up with a lot of there frozen foods. On another note, the frozen food section has things such as salmon as as well as Swedish meatballs, vegetarian and regular lots of chocolates and many other items with a few of them American made, but mostly items from IKEA with their name brand on it. Overall, it's always a blast I went to IKEA. I just wish it was a lot more direct way to go from the beginning of the store to the location you wanted to and then out but the main system here does have a rhyme to the reason however, I'm completely over the rhyme I want to get in and out sometimes as soon as possible. Overall, a 4/5 star visit because it took way too long to go to the exit from the section, after finding my item directly, within five minutes, and then took me another 12 minutes to get out of the store. ,

Initially everything was moving smoothly but once they got my home packed up they decided to take a 2 hour lunch and charged me for it! 30 min to a hour would have been fine but I was waiting at my storage for them well over that time! If they needed more time I would have been fine but to charge me for it was ridiculous! After I let them into my storage they started to unload and I left them to it. Once they were done they sent me a picture of my items in storage which looked okay until I went back later that evening. All my important values were in the back so there was no way I could ever see them the only thing I could see was my couch because it was laid on top of everything and wasn't hidden away. I let it be, but did text them and let them know the way they packed it was not good. Now comes today when it was time to unload the items. I used a different company because I was not happy with the service and extra charges from this company. This time I stayed at the storage to check on my items with the new company. I wanted to take pictures of my items in the back of course the first thing I see is a HUGE dent in my dryer I took the picture and sent it to this company to show them what they did. The other thing that worried me was my tvs and projector screens. The screen was towards the front and looked okay in my opinion but could not see any of my tvs since they were also placed in the back. Once we got to the first one it looked okay but I couldn't tell all the way since it was covered with plastic the second one came out and I could right away see the cardboard bent in a little bit it wasn't until we got it home and took the cardboard and plastic off I could see a crack on the top of the tv. Once we turned it on the crack was all the way down the tv and is now trash. I called the company and sent pictures and they told me it's not their fault. I paid them over $1200 and now im in the hole even more and I have to buy a new tv and dryer. I would not use this company ever again! They do not take care of your items!
