Robert did a great job filling cracks and building the parge (protective layer inside the fireplace) while both Russ and Robert completed outside work, replacing the crown, improving the flues and flue caps. (Original review for November 2020): I would echo the other five-star reviews. I cannot say enough nice things. - Russ is a great communicator, taking the time to explain everything - The work is top-notch; our crown looks like new and the craftsmanship was fantastic - They called ahead, arrived on time (with shoes covered and wearing masks) and cleaned up everything when done - You can tell that they absolutely want to do the right thing and make the customer happy - I've already referred them to friends and family In short, Cinci Sweeps is one of the most professional and friendly companies with whom I've had the pleasure of working. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. A++
