I can't speak to this organizations work because we never got to that end, but the owner's complete lack of respect for time and simple customer courtesy did not exist. I contacted Onsight Construction on the referral of two friends and after viewing some of his work online... 10/6 Thursday - called and left mssg re: job estimate. Voicemail said "your call is important to me...I will return it no later than end of business the following day" I0/11 Tuesday - Five days later, Owner Matt M called and said his phone was having problems and he got a huge dump of messages (including mine) the night before. Not happy with such a late response, but scheduled for estimate on Thursday two days later anyway 10/13 Thursday - Matt comes out and in 15 mins reviews the three jobs suggesting they're an easy fix, offers some alternative ideas, takes my email and says "Give me a day or two and I'll email you an estimate" 10/18 Tuesday - Five days later I still haven't heard from Matt so I call asking about the estimate 10/21 Friday - Two days more and still nothing so I call again and leave my name and email awaiting a response 10/27 Thursday - Six more days and still nothing so I leave a message asking for anyone to return my call, hoping somebody would abide by the "return your call by end of business the following day" mantra 10/28 Friday - In a last ditch effort I attempted contact through email on their company website noting that I understand scheduling the work may be a negotiable time frame based on the jobs they already may have booked, but all I wanted was acknowledgement and an opportunity to accept/decline their work (i.e. A return call to discuss options) To this date, three weeks later - nothing. Highly disappointed with a company that completely dropped the ball when it comes to common courtesy and good customer service.....

Rob turned our outdated home into a modern home complemented by everyone who sees it - he remodeled our bathrooms, kitchen, closets and a few other odds and ends. We were out of town for most of our remodel which we wouldn't have been able to do if Rob hadn't gone above and beyond in helping us do things we couldn't do remotely. From initial design, to planning, execution and clean-up it was excellent in all respects. Design: I provide Scott with a rough overview of what I wanted. He quickly turned around a design within the budget that met everything I asked and included a pond less water feature to take advantage of a sloping rock area we already had. Planning: Scott and Nick (crew leader) were in frequent communication with both me and the other contracted crew who were remodeling our deck. Scott even met me at a rock quarry to help pick out stone steps to make sure the coloring and size were exactly what I wanted and so I would understand what weathering and aging would do to each stone type. Execution: they were very quick and extremely professional in the execution. They even took the time to explain to me aspects of the job that I was curious about. They came back to raise a few very minor low spots, and we're very diligent about cleaning off our driveway every night before they left. When they need to make changes to design (curve of patio, expansion of landscape beds, addition of steps on walkway, etc.) they brought me along in the discussions. Clean-up: They did a great job cleaning up every night as well as at the end of the job. The patio and drive were much cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend Scott and his crew any time.
