Second time in less than 6 months this window has malfunctioned in an extreme way. Window Nation is fairly new to the Colorado area, so last year when service was needed a call back from their service department happened within 24 hours and service was taken care of within 7 days. Now its 7-10 business days (by automated text notification) that I will hear back to schedule for future service. Very unreasonable time frame to get service scheduled for a future date. I called and asked for Window Nation president name and they refused! I was going to write a letter expressing my regrets with buying windows from Window Nation and lack of reasonable time frame to speak with them about my issue. I do not recommend purchasing from Window Nation due to their unsatisfactory warranty service. The window remains open and unlocked until a service technician is scheduled. UPDATE: 2:15 P.M. Technician arrived at my door directed by the branch manager to close/fix my window. Took him less than two minutes. I asked why he arrived so quickly and he told me it was the phone calls, etc. I made. I changed my rating from 1 to 3. Although they could've had a five had my request been taken seriously from the beginning. The Technician "reset" my window and showed me how to handle it in the future.​

I needed screens for custom windows that were…read moreexisting when I bought the condo, and while the screens were a perfect fit after Talon's painstaking measurements, the windows weren't square so the screens were not secure. Talon and Charles had to use shims to square up the windows, they oiled all the tracks, changed out a pair of locks that were difficult to open and close, and made double sure the screens are secure. That's their idea of service, that's who they are. I love my screens, they're secure and the fresh air is amazing. I cannot recommend Brother's Glass highly enough!
