Convenient gas station, clean restrooms, good snack and drink selection, and the cashier was lovely to chat with as we were passing through.

Still in disbelief........ while going through the car wash this morning, I was rear ended by a…read morered Tesla as my car was approaching the exit of the wash tunnel. I immediately pulled my vehicle forward, took photos and spoke to the other driver and the general manager. My car was in neutral the entire time in the wash tunnel and so was the red Tesla directly behind me. I was told they would review the camera footage and do a thorough investigation. A short time later I was told they would not assume any liability...... and because my vehicle's lights (on auto setting) went on and off.....they were not responsible. The lights (tail lights and headlights) went on automatically in the tunnel and then turned off as the vehicle exited into the daylight/sunlight. At no time did my brake lights come on, nor was my vehicle taken out of neutral inside the wash tunnel. These lights having nothing to do with the movement or operation of my vehicle. The GM kept telling me it must have been a "sensor" on my car and neglected to explain how it is that the car behind me was able to hit my vehicle without any safeguards in place or ways to prevent this from happening in the first place. The fact is that when your car is in neutral..........the car wash assembly/track is in control of your vehicle and in control of what happens in that tunnel as long as your vehicle is on the track. I've been to the Fairfield location over 80 times with no issues whatsoever. I would stay as far away from this location as you can. I will be pursuing this through appropriate legal channels and will not stop until it is made correct. I'm still in disbelief on how poorly I was treated. I was given a number to call and they said they couldn't do anything to help me nor could they notify the area manager. The phone number and call were a complete waste of time and energy. An investigation had been started by my insurance company. The estimate to fix the damage is approx. $1100.00. Update: When my insurance company contacted Eric Graham (GM), he stated they didn't have any video.... Only screen shots. When I first talked to Eric Graham he told me they would keep the video and that they even had all the video from 2 years prior. Now he's lying and changing his statement. Small claims court here I come! I will not be taken advantage of. The carwash GM never provided photos or video to either insurance company. My insurance (USAA) and the other involved vehicle (AAA) determined the car wash was 100% at fault for this incident. Retired Police Sergeant

I didn't stop to dry my car as I had groceries from Nugget and it was quite hot. As I got onto the freeway to go back to Fairfield, I heard more of the disturbing bangs and pulled off onto a frontage road to see what was up. I looked at the right side of my car and didn't see anything so continued home. When I went to take the groceries out of my trunk I noticed that the top half of rear right panel next to the rear window was ripped off. This explained the bangs. My husband immediately called the car wash and Lisa called me back and said she'd review the cameras. As what's expected in this type of situation, the cameras showed nothing. So, obviously, their defective equipment loosed the panel and the first BANG I heard while in the car wash was it being pulled off at the top of the panel and then slapping back. The subsequent bangs as I were driving home were a result of the wind pulling the panel back and then subsequently snapping off. Lisa was very professional. I can only hope that no cars on the freeway between Vacaville and Fairfield experienced any damage as a result of 7 Flags equipment ripping my back panel in half and it blowing off. Today I had the horrible experience of dealing with the rudest, most unprofessional, reprehensible "manager" named Lily Molina when I brought the car in to show them the damage. This vile person accused me of making it up and said the cameras showed nothing and, when I asked for their insurance info, she refused to give it to me. She smirked and belittled me. I told her that she was very unprofessional and not a good person as she made it her duty to berate me. 7 Flags should be ashamed of itself for employing such an unprofessional, rude individual. Why any company would have such a hateful person representing it, is beyond words.

Alan has the patience of a saint. A little less than a year…read moreago, my windshield was cracked by a screw or something falling inside the carwash. It stressed me out because I already went through another local carwash damaging my car and them weaseling their way out of any liability. Thankfully 7Flags caught it on video so there was no doubt. They were very honest about being at fault and sent me to a local glass vendor to have my windshield replaced. Fast forward to November. The sensors on my car were acting up ever since the windshield was replaced. It wasn't a problem until the automatic braking kicked in when it should not have and caused me to dead stop on a busy street. It was incredibly dangerous and my trust in the vehicle was shaken. Then comes the annual oil change for my car. We had been planning to go on a trip that upcoming weekend and needed an oil change and for Subaru to look at the sensor issue as it was a major safety concern. We find out from Subaru that the windshield replaced was not OEM and the sensors were not calibrated correctly. Turns out with these new cars, only the dealers or someone with an authorized copy of the software, can calibrate the sensors. They also cannot be disabled. Ultimately it looked like the job we had done months prior was botched and due to the safety concern, the windshield needed to be replaced once again and calibrated by Subaru. We expressed this concern to the vendor who initially changed the windshield and he was less than cooperative with our needs. We reached back out to 7Flags where we spoke to Alan about the situation. Alan worked with us one on one while communicating between the original glass vendor, Subaru of Fairfield, and his supervisors at 7Flags. Due to some communication hiccups we had to inform Subaru to work with Alan as the original glass vendor was becoming less civil about the situation. Thankfully 7Flags, once again, covered the repair. This time it was done correctly through the dealership. We are so thankful that 7Flags is an upstanding company that takes responsibility in its mistakes. Alan did an outstanding job with rolling through the punches and helping us with the roller coaster of a week. We are monthly unlimited wash members and will continue using 7Flags car washes all over Solano County. I still get nervous going through the automated car washes, but feel more secure now that I know that 7Flags takes accountability in its business practices. Thank you again and we will continue on being loyal customers!

These services were not completed--the cargo and other areas still had debris, and the door jambs and other areas were not wiped. When I asked for clarification, I received conflicting answers. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager, Leo, escalated the situation by making derogatory and unprofessional comments, repeatedly calling the vehicle "disgusting" in front of others. It is noted I never asked to speak to a manager but he involved himself and immediately escalated the incident. For context, this is my 83-year-old mother's car (she has dementia/my dad died), and I brought it in to begin cleaning it after it had been sitting at her house for awhile. A competent manager would have approached this respectfully--or used it as an opportunity to recommend additional services--not demean a customer especially in the presence of other employees and customers. The situation became more concerning when he threatened to call the police simply because I asked for contact information to file a complaint. As a multi-racial/African American woman, that escalation felt unnecessary and like an intimidation tactic under the circumstances. There was no crime and I had a legitimate reason to be there. Then disturbance was the manager's behavior. Other staff handled the situation professionally once involved, which shows the issue was not operational--but managerial. I attempted to resolve this directly by emailing the owner first but received no response. Based on other reviews noting similar experiences, this appears to be a pattern.

1 Star Very Disappointed After Being a Long-Time Customer…read more I never thought I would be writing this review because I have been a loyal Quick Quack customer for years. I trusted this company and continued to use their services because I believed they valued their customers. Unfortunately, my experience changed after my husband's commuter vehicle was damaged while going through the car wash. This is not a vehicle that just sits around, it is the car he relies on every day to get to work and is an important part of our daily life. Before entering the wash tunnel, the mirror was completely intact. After going through Quick Quack's equipment, the mirror was damaged. I immediately reported the issue because I truly believed Quick Quack would stand behind their service and work with us to make it right. Instead, I was told they would not take responsibility because the vehicle is older than five years. That response was extremely disappointing. The issue is not whether the vehicle is five years old, ten years old, or older, the issue is that the vehicle entered their wash without damage and came out damaged. What hurts the most is feeling dismissed after being a longtime customer. We were not asking for special treatment; we were asking for fairness, accountability, and for Quick Quack to take the situation seriously. A company is judged not only by the service it provides when everything goes right, but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. I hope Quick Quack reconsiders how they handle situations like this because loyal customers remember how they are treated.
