So I recently found myself in Dixon and had some time to kill,so decided to use some of that time to get a quick car wash at Quick Quack located right off the freeway in Dixon. This location is located at the same exit as Cattlemen's and Wal-Mart-it's on the Cattlemen's side of the street. My wife and I have been a members for many years-something about just having a clean car is just great and Quick Quack is so convenient-they are everywhere and with the kiddos all moved away,there went my "free" labor when it came to getting my car washed-so we joined Quick Quack on one of their promos at like the Kings game or something and after the trial we kinda liked it-so we kept it-flash forward a few years now and we still have it-we each go about 2x a month-which is pretty much right on the cusp for validating the monthly cost-but it's not a great value at the rate we go-not sure we will keep it forever but it has been a purchase I have been ok with for the most part. Quick Quack charges $24.99 for my car and $22.00 for the 2nd car aka flock,so it ends up at $46.99-we are at the lowest rung of membership,which they call their "Good" membership,I had the higher levels before but unless u go way more often monthly,it's hard to justify the cost when you just want a shiny clean car. They do offer free vacuum services with each wash and that's pretty cool-my wife takes full advantage of that every time she washes her car but I'm a bit too lazy,no just busy,yeah that's the word I'm looking for-I'm always too busy to take advantage of the vacuum services,so I don't get to take advantage of that included value with their washes-I really should make the time to do that. I guess the thing I like the most is that if timed correctly,late dusk or early mornings or maybe a quiet location,I can get in n out of my car wash in under 5 minutes and it feels productive-hard to put a price on that feeling-though I guess Quick Quack does at $24.99 a month,but I digress-I love my membership for the convenience,even if it's not the best deal in the world,convenience is a 10/10. I don't know if I will keep my membership forever but with spring coming up and more outside activities naturally happening,I'm sure I will make sure I use this membership a bit more to make sure my car is always sparking and clean and I can say that this location in Dixon was lightning fast and super convenient-What more can you ask for? PS-I feel they used to give free inside wet-cloth with every wash-I haven't gotten one of those in a while-must've been a policy change. read more

I do not get the low average review score. This establishment is a fantastic. It's immaculately clean, the service is excellent, the car wash did a great job washing my car, and best of all, you get unlimited time at the vacuums at the end. They even provide a air blaster to clear out the nooks and crannies and clean moist towels to wipe things down inside the car. The price was reasonable. I wish there were one of these in Oakland California. read more

I got a car wash 5/11, unfortunately it rained 5/12 and my car had gotten dirty again. All locations have a sign that says you can come back for a free wash within 48 hours (see pic). I Came back and they did NOT honor this. I ended up paying for another wash anyway bc I was already in the lane. read more

What a pleasant experience! The young lady who checked us in as well as the young man who directed us into the wash were both welcoming, smiling, professional and helpful. I see quite a few comments regarding the membership pitch being obtrusive but I'm sure they are just following their sales script. No big deal, I listened, declined and moved ahead. The facility is clean, well-organized and everything works! The wash cleaned well, better than a spray only wash. At the end, there's even a tire cleaner that worked great. After the wash was a nice surprise. Free access to vacuums, unlimited pre-moistened cleaning cloths and the cleaning stations even have a high pressure air blower to clean out nooks and crannies. I think we paid $18 for the middle of the road cleaning and in a half an hour, our car was just like new. We especially appreciated the positive attitudes of the employees, the cleanliness of the facility and that the machinery was well-maintained. We'll be back. read more

Fast and friendly service. I was so excited to see 2 quick quacks being built in Dixon, so I don't have to drive to Vacaville anymore. Today we were checking in by Zack, like all their staff he was very friendly and got us checked in quick. This place just opened. I decided to stop to get a quick wash before the rain. The young man who checked me in would not listen that all i wanted was a regular wash. He insisted that i needed to check out the memberships. I told him 5 times i did not want that. He insisted one more time so i left without even getting a wash due to his inability to hear what the customer wanted. Never ever will i go back and i will also tell family and friends to not go there either since they only care about membership sales. read more

I'm leaving this 1 star review because I really want someone higher up to see this. I'm usually quick to give 5 stars because I'm in customer service myself and retired military. So it's takes a lot for me to want to come on here and speak about anything. But this Halloween they closed 3 hours early, which I was unaware of. So I'm washing my car as usual like I do all the time here cause I'm a member and the girl shuts everything off, takes all the towels, starts closing up as if I'm not even there. Looks at me and says nothing! No fair warning, no courtesy message, no respect, nothing. She acted as if me being there annoyed her, like I was doing something wrong just by being there at that time. All she had to do was tell the customer "hey, we're closing soon just to let you know." Giving the customer the opportunity to speed things up. Something they teach I'm sure!! Cause I've never had this bad of an experience at any other quick quack I've gone to. So the only thing I could come up with as a reason why this happened is the fact that there was some level of discrimination and racism toward me. FYI, I have a really nice car, and I'm a clean cut looking guy. So I approached her and the other gentlemen working there about it, and the guy was on my side, that she should've said something. But her attitude about the incident was that she did nothing wrong and that I should know they close early today. Unacceptable!! We love quick quack! We come weekly for both cars! Liz at the car wash on Dorset Ct in Dixon was very nice and polite.

I went once supposedly for a free car wash. I got pressured for several minutes to give them a credit card to charge 9.99 for one month of service. They told me it would only be charged for the 9.99, but at end of the next month they charged my card for 35.99. I did not sign up for that. I have filed disputes with my card company and sent them a notice to cancel. I tried tocancel on their website but it does not allow for that, I could not cancel my credit card on their site either. I would not recommend end any one using their buisness.​ read more
