(Tuesday to Wednesday) I arrived mid-day to a full parking lot, and I was in and out in about an hour. Very polite and respectable staff. I would come back and recommend to any locals looking for some good work on a reasonable budget! The lot was a little tricky to find, they have a sign but it's a bit hard to see at first. Just lookout for the automotive stretch of business and you'll find them.

The next day I called to order the tires we chose and the day after that we got a call saying the tires were in. And the day after that, the tires were installed on both cars. The price was exactly as originally quoted. The experience of buying tires and having them mounted at Stewart's could not possibly have been better. Good prices, great service. If you need tires, there's no better place to go in this region.

My first impression was how friendly and kind and approachable the owner was. They towed my car to their yard and repaired my tire charged my battery but my car was still not drivable. So I had to get it towed home used AAA again and the distance from their yard and my house was more than what was covered by AAA. He felt the front brakes and said the rotors were warped and he was sure that's what was causing the problem. Told him we'd like to get that fixed and he said he would start looking for the parts. Several days later, we hadn't heard back so we called again. He said he had his parts guy looking for what we needed but he hadn't found the parts yet. We told him we were only in town for another week and really wanted this done before we left. He told us we could find the parts ourselves if we were in a hurry. So, we called the International dealer an hour away and they immediately told us they had the parts we needed. (Why couldn't his parts guy find them?! It took us like five minutes.) Had the parts shipped overnight so we could get them installed. Called Brian, he didn't call back. Texted and reminded him we were leaving town soon and basically begged him to come do the install. He agreed to come on the last day we were in town. After the parts were installed, I took the bus around the block to test it out. Steering felt EXACTLY the same. No change at all. So even if the brakes needed new rotors, that obviously wasn't the problem we wanted to fix. Now we're out over $1200 and our steering still sucks. Wrong diagnosis, bad communication skills, zero effort to help us find parts. Overall super bummed with this entire transaction. But I guess our brakes are better now. ‍

They made it a point to try there best to help me the best they could and even though the business didn't go to them because of the size of the job and the time restrictions we had. They went above and beyond trying to help me with my situation. They were even willing to give me A Tow which is another service they offer. At the end of them helping me I tried to give them alittle Tip just to show my appreciation and they declined it. This in itself showed me the kind of man Bryan is and the kind of business he's running. To fix the front lights they wouldn't close on the front of vette. We also wanted oil change and filter change , change spark plugs,fix the glove box it wouldn't stay closed. When you roll passenger window down it sounded like a scraping noises. We wanted the radiator flushed. Needed brake lights fixed. And change the brake pads. This company did it all with 6 days. 6 Days. I'm not kidding. They called us everyday to let us know what they're doing or what they found. They are all friendly. Reasonable priced. They are on it. Old school. We have had no problems with the corvette. We definitely know where to take our vehicles to. They're on it. They are definitely an Automotive Shop. I guess thats better than not having anyone on the way at all... but not much. Because we were at the Lake there was not a address for the area we got stuck. I tried to call the shop and give them a update on our location. No body was available so we just sat and waited. Its nit like we could go any were. After 2 hours or so, I decided to try and get a update. ( i have had no word from them after all) Again they didn't answer and must have been to bizzy. I understand that things get backed up at times. The part i do not appreciate is the lack of communication. Fortunately for us, a very nice local in a jeep happened to drive by and ask if we could use some help. I had already been digging out of the sand. Now I had someone to give me a pull. Nice a easy. Took 15 minutes and we were out. I dont plan to need a tow up there in the future, but if we need we will give them a shot.
