My first impression was how friendly and kind and approachable the owner was. They towed my car to their yard and repaired my tire charged my battery but my car was still not drivable. So I had to get it towed home used AAA again and the distance from their yard and my house was more than what was covered by AAA. So there would be a small charge but when they called to say it was on the way they waived that charge!!! I cant thank them enough and will recommend them to anyone needing towing services. He felt the front brakes and said the rotors were warped and he was sure that's what was causing the problem. Told him we'd like to get that fixed and he said he would start looking for the parts. Several days later, we hadn't heard back so we called again. He said he had his parts guy looking for what we needed but he hadn't found the parts yet. We told him we were only in town for another week and really wanted this done before we left. He told us we could find the parts ourselves if we were in a hurry. So, we called the International dealer an hour away and they immediately told us they had the parts we needed. (Why couldn't his parts guy find them?! It took us like five minutes.) Had the parts shipped overnight so we could get them installed. Called Brian, he didn't call back. Texted and reminded him we were leaving town soon and basically begged him to come do the install. He agreed to come on the last day we were in town. After the parts were installed, I took the bus around the block to test it out. Steering felt EXACTLY the same. No change at all. So even if the brakes needed new rotors, that obviously wasn't the problem we wanted to fix. Now we're out over $1200 and our steering still sucks. Wrong diagnosis, bad communication skills, zero effort to help us find parts. Overall super bummed with this entire transaction. But I guess our brakes are better now. ‍

From home, she called AAA roadside assistance. An hour later a tow truck arrived, tested her battery, said it needed a new battery. Then they said they were out of stock, and would have to order a new battery and that it "SHOULD" be available in a week. Today was that week and now they are saying 3 more days. It turns out that AAA supplies the batteries to the tow truck companies from one source. AAA has done absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue. So this morning, my wife calls Teresa's and the manager tells her that her battery will arrive in 20 minutes, and that he would install it himself. We jump started her car and she drove to Teresa's. When she arrived there, so did the new battery. They drove her home so that she didn't have to wait at the shop. Two hours later they called and said it was ready. They came and picked her up, and she drove herself home. We completely trust Teresa's as they always provide professional service and NEVER try to upsell you something you don't need. We are dropping AAA roadside assitance after being a customer for over 30 years. We are going to try the Sam Club for roadside assistance, and switch to Travelers for auto insurance. The next day I called to order the tires we chose and the day after that we got a call saying the tires were in. And the day after that, the tires were installed on both cars. The price was exactly as originally quoted. The experience of buying tires and having them mounted at Stewart's could not possibly have been better. Good prices, great service. If you need tires, there's no better place to go in this region.
