Could not be more thankful for Z Stop today, Mothers Day. The GM, Nicki came to our rescue. Our vehicle unexpectedly overheated on our way up to Blackhawk. It was daylight and rainy but we were not dressed to walk. We were stranded! I figured I would try to call Z Stop to see if they could help. She kindly offered to bring us some antifreeze since we were only 1.8 miles away. She showed up a few minutes later and saved the day!! Thank you Nicki. OMG! I am so embarrassed for Colorado and the Z Casino! To all the tourists that stop at this fuel/convenience center, this is NOT Colorado hospitality!! I have been going to Central City since it opened and heading up today I needed gas but really needed to use the bathroom first. It was locked and I was told I needed to purchase something first! God, I am old and had to go! The idiot behind the counter said it's the policy and couldn't help me! Wow--great PR! So, never again. I filled up on the way out of town at the station on the Parkway and I-70. I paid less, spent more money in the store, was greeted as I came in and the restroom was unlocked. So I would give a big negative star, if I could, to this "convenience" center!!! read more

I'm a huge supporter first responders and public servants especially the ones that support us in our day-to-day travels and world that we live in The other day I was at the gas station z casino gas station and what I witness was very disturbing and elderly lady with white hair was working to counter a gentleman who obviously worked for the transportation department CDOT came in wearing a identifying shirt had a radio in his hand and ass if they had restrooms obviously he's never been there If not he wouldn't have asked The lady behind the counter gave him the most awful look and then proceeded to lean out over the counter and look down the aisle towards where the bathrooms were who were blocked off for some reason and then looked at him and said well I guess we don't have bathrooms in a very rude tone and condescending manner The gentleman was polite unto this point and she just degraded them so he walks out what I notice was he went back to his truck and he pulled out a Gatorade bottle which had some liquid in it and started washing off his hands What this elderly lady with white hair who obviously was an employee there because she was working the cash register did not know is that this gentleman just got done helping some stranded motorists on the side of the road with changing their tire and then helping them get back out into traffic and a long their travels The strand of motorists that he helped was an elderly couple and he went out his way to make sure they were taken care of and on their way again shame on this woman for doing what she does and for being the way she is shame on her And of course I have to put a bad mark on z casino gas station because she is an employee She represents them and if she felt that she can act like this with a public servant it's obviously not her first time read more

Stinky Situation This was my first time at this station, "ZStop." The store itself looked nice enough, but I couldn't get over the smell in the restroom. It smelt like twenty porta-potty units in there. I don't know what was going on! read more

I felt like I was profiled when walking in. Felt more like an intruder than a customer. The big sign by the hot dogs said 2 for $2.50. Somehow my total came to $4.50. Their gas sign said regular was $2.60 but at the pump it's $2.65. Clean and big but their service confuses me. read more

We stopped at this station which is located on CO-119 between Black Hawk and the stop light at the junction of 119 and US 6. We wanted to complement the staff on the condition of the restrooms. My wife thought hers was meticulously clean. The entire facility is very well kept. We got a couple of sodas and some snacks and were on our way over to I70 and into the high country. read more
