I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. They have rescheduled my heater maintenance twice already, but I'm canceling the appointment. I'm not willing to go through this anymore. I would love to support this local business, but it's not worth the hassle. Something bad has happened to this company. And why do they have a ton of phone numbers out there, but the local Sand Springs number is no longer accessible on-line?

I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment.
