Worst experience we've ever had with a contractor! Eric took our money then ghosted. Finally got ahold of him weeks later (calling, texting, emailing didn't work). Wouldn't speak to me weeks after that, only had an employee speak to me. Started the job months after he promised he would. He told me numerous times he didn't have the money to finish my job (we had already paid him 26k at this point) because he used my money to pay for other jobs. I have him on video recording saying he's going to put in piers and everything else and never had any intention on doing it. His employees said he never paid them so there was period where no one was at the job site working. His employee said Eric told him to cut corners on the job and because of this our entire house is still uneven. We'll have to pay another foundation company 30k+ just to fix all his mistakes. read more

Excellent experience working with Eric and his crew from Rock Famous for foundation repair. Eric offered an affordable way to secure my foundation. The piers used were comparable to competitors and he beat their price, plus a lifetime warranty. I love that this is a locally owned and operated company. Had to get some work down to level off my crawl space foundation. They showed up on time, did amazing work, were fast, and handled all the issues that came along with it. The crew that came out gave me constant updates, with photos and descriptions of what they were doing. They took great care to make sure that when they leveled it they did not cause any issues with the inside of the house. I honestly couldn't suggest a better company for this. I had 5 different quotes come through, and Rock Famous was the best priced. The owner was fantastic to deal with, and I will be using them for more work around my property. read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for foundation work. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their wrong doings and they have yet to fix or do anything. Do not let Ethan do your quote as he sent us a quote months ago that we signed and then came back and said he misquoted us by over $30,000 dollars. Even after that we decided to do our own retaining wall and let them only do the drains and pump. We have waited months and months to get this work done while they continued to postpone the work over and over with many different excuses. Today is the day they finally actually show up with equipment and the same employee that misquoted us was deemed foreman on our job and walked out on the job with all of the equipment and crew because my husband could not leave work to go walk through the process for the umpteenth time. Mind you we have met them at our property multiple times and even hired their employees on the side to help us build the wall ourselves and they are the ones who have told us what needed done and sent us quotes we signed in good faith. Then backtracked on those quotes and basically said nothing we can do. Ethan told my husband that due to all the "complications" he did not want to do the job and just left. By complications he means his own mistakes of incorrectly quoting the job in the first place. They have never even started the work to find any physical complications. We tried to work with the owner Eric and they have left us high and dry. Be very weary of this company and their dedication to the people who trust them to do work at their home. When they mess up they do not correct their own mistakes and they do not follow through on promises. The absolute worst experience and we still have to find a reliable company to come do what we've tried to get done from them since October of 2021 while the situation has only gotten worse. I was hoping to be able to come back from this and give a great review but I just can't after our experience. read more
