Really unprofessional. Showed up a couple of times and gave me a verbal quote without doing any actual measurements. Then nothing for 2 months. Then they called to see when I wanted to start the job and I reminded them that they never gave me any written quote. The next day the sent a one-page document that had an amount written in but no information on number of piers, cost of labor, etc. Then a month later they called again to see when I wanted to start the job. Beware of this company!!! Trust the yelp reviews! Mike and his people are sketchy! They were hired in the purchase of our current home and lied about several of the repairs they didn't do. They were paid a large amount of money to mess up our foundation even more. When trying to resolve the matter, they admitted they should have not done the job the way they did and tried to gaslight us into blaming the sellers and getting more money out of us. This was nearly a year ago now and they have since been ignoring every method of contact (phone calls, emails, demand letters, and didn't show up for court when we sued them through small claims). They are a Limited Liability Company for a reason. They don't own any property so you can't collect judgements and they have changed their name numerous times. Beware!!! read more

Very strange . My son called and they said that they needed an engineer report to be able to give a quote. The next day our Realtor said that Meredith had called and told her that they had a cancellation and would go look at it . Why did they tell us that they needed an engineer report when the next day they don't ? Two days since they said that they were going to look at the property , and crickets . They do not answer their phone and have not called to tell us what they discovered. In fact , we don't even know if they ever did show up as they said that they would as we have never heard from them again , and they do not answer their phone or return messages. My elderly mother's house had some problems with the CMU block foundation. I could not find anyone to fix that, but Trifusion said they could raise the house back to level at the end with the most problems. I could then get someone else to repair the blocks. They sent one or two people several times, none of which lasted more than a couple of hours, with no evidence of anything being done. They quit calling to update me on the status. I complained through the Better Business Bureau and it took over 4 months because Trifusion would not respond to them and they kept getting an extension from BBB. Trifusion had the nerve to ask me to prove the work was not done, so I sent pictures to them so they could finally respond to BBB. Bottom line, they told BBB (not me) that they could not do the work. They still have my 50% down payment and refuse to give me a refund. read more

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. When the two inexperienced workers wouldn't show up to finish the piering job, they sent the secretary to do concrete work. After they came and sawed out the bad porch patch two weeks later, they showed up and quickly poured new concrete and left without saying a word. It was full of more dirt than concrete. We asked that the owner (Mike) come and look at this mess before we payed for it. He never showed up and wouldn't return our calls. Amazingly, their payment was taken from our account without our signing off on the work. If their warranty is anything like their initial work, we are in for a lot of unanswered calls to them in the future. Worst. Company. Ever. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! My experience with this company has been nothing but problems. First of all, their workers must have broken in to my home because I was not there at the time of their arrival (as I discussed with Meredith, their representative) and I asked repeatedly HOW THEY GOT IN and no one would ever give me an answer. They dug the holes all over the front of my home and left them without an inspection for over 2 weeks. I had to get an inspector to come and sign off on it through my realtor because no one else was responding to me. Meredith H. was abrasive and tried to bully me into doing more work than I was prepared to do several times. She wrote me an email saying she would "be there for me through the entire process" but when I tried to reach her my calls and texts went unanswered. They didn't complete the work as it should have been done, we had to get them to come back to finish it properly. Finally, they asked for a credit card FORM to be filled out with all of my information on it, and knowing that they had been so shady I wasn't comfortable with them having that information on file. I sent a check and since I live in Connecticut it took a few days for it to arrive to their office, which I explained to them at the time of mailing. The check was mailed on October 5 and on October 11 I received a threatening email from Ingrid Rohde saying they were going to put a lien on my house if they didn't receive payment by 5 pm. I called their office immediately and told Ingrid Rohde that I was shocked and during our conversation the check miraculously arrived. I feel that they walked all over me and treated me with incredible disrespect. This gangster approach of threats and bullying are not my normal experience and I have had several homes and have hired many companies to help me with construction, remodeling and repairs over the years and have NEVER had anyone treat me like that. That behavior is the behavior of a company in deep trouble, not an established and well-respected business. After repeated attempts to get a copy of the paid invoice report and a copy of the warranty I still have received nothing, even though I was promised I would get that as soon as the check cleared. The check cleared over a week ago and I have received no response from them. I am happy to be done with them and will never ever work with them again. We had a few cracks in our walls and an issue with two of our doors not locking/shutting properly. We called Trifusion and they came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate. Work started a couple weeks later. The two men that came out showed up early, worked late, and showed up when we were expecting them. We did have a bit of an issue with the clean up (it was dark when the guys were finishing up) not being completed. We talked to Jill at the office, she sent one of the guys back out. He was apologetic, very friendly, and had me check to make sure we were happy with the end result before he left. Honest, easy company to work with! read more

I had some outside cracking of the native stone veneer. Mike came out and checked it and gave a good explanation of why it needed 4 piers. The job began several days later and was completed in 2 days. The cleanup was pretty good. I had to do some minor landscaping afterward to smooth out the dirt that was removed. That was in May of 2017. I recently noticed some cracks on the other end of my house and called Trifusion again. Mike came out and looked, measured the interior floor for level, and told me that I didn't need any piers this time and explained the difference in the cracks this time versus the cracks I had in 2017. I appreciate the honesty and will use this company in the future, if needed, and recommend them to anyone else that needs foundation stabilization. read more

This company first came out to install piers. After they jackhammered the front porch, they just patched the concrete instead of making neat cuts before they poured it back - it looks terrible. Next they came inside to lift the slab floors with a process they called "high density polyurethane"injected into small holes that they drilled into the slab. This is under high pressure. Their equipment blew out of the holes and spewed all over my furniture,walls ceilings and floors. The instant it hit, it hardened and would not come off. Their "best" technician then proceeded to wipe everything down with a cloth soaked in acetone. He wiped the tv, wood floors, ceilings, and furniture... you name it, he wiped it !!!! The owner, Mike, didn't come to look at the damage until the next week and assured us he would take care of everything.... even taking the buffet with him to have restored. this was in August 2015 .... we haven't heard from him since. We've asked for proof of insurance - our lawyer asked for the same .... still nothing. This is one company that you need to run away from as fast as you can !!!!!!! read more
